The hotel is really good and is quite relaxing. The staff is amazing and the room service is some of the fastest Ive experienced. With that being said, the food really needs some work. The food is quite bland, doesnt taste fresh and lacks that quality you would expect from such a hotel. Sadly, this lead to us eating most of our meals outside except for breakfast.

It's our first time at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres and my husband and I were blown away... The facility is amazing, the food is superb and our Butler Paco is wonderful and attentive to our needs! The staff are extremely wonderful too. Gloria from the jewelry shop is also very nice and accommodates my request to custom the jewelry that I purchased. We will definitely be back.

Amazing resort always something to do and many food options our butler Don Paco always went above and beyond for any of our needs and more. Rooms are beautiful and the rooftop pool is a delight nightly entertainment and daily activities to keep you occupied main lobby drinks are great.

We loved the hotel it was just right not too big or small, I would say I would have liked for there to be more pools , the regular majestic side only has a main pool and it’s kind of small and not a lot Of chairs to tan in. Also the property does not have like “club” or entertainment center, which could be a little boring after hours. They do have a sports bar which was open until 2am I believe, but honestly they should have a DJ , entertainment etc. The shows were Average, performers were excellent, I just feel that this resort is lacking entertainment. Overall a great experience, if you are looking for that extra special treatment then definitely do the elegance Club it’s worth it.

The Majestic Costa Mujeres hotel provides an exceptional experience for guests. I recently visited with my children, aged 12 and 19, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The evening shows, room view was AMAZING, cuisine, cleanliness, beach, and spa were all of the highest quality. I highly recommend the spa to anyone visiting the hotel. The staff at the hotel were exemplary in their professionalism and kindness, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. I have had the pleasure of visiting Mexico on numerous occasions and have always been impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the people and the beauty of the country. First time my wife and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it was hands down the best resort we have stayed at! The ocean was perfect, the rooms were always cleaned by the time you were done with your day, and service was amazing! Special shout out to our butler Veudy and also to our waiter on multiple nights, Juan! These two were so nice and made sure to put a smile on your face every time you saw them!! If I had to include a complaint, it would only be that the tv angle in our room was kind of silly and there weren’t a whole lot of channel options. But on vacation, no TV is no big deal! Thank you all for everything. We will definitely be back!!

Review of Majestic Elegance Resort, Costa Mujeres, Quintana Roo, Yucatan, Mexico. We stayed at the Majestic Elegance Resort in Costa Mujeres for two weeks, so we had a chance to check out thoroughly most of the local amenities, which means the various restaurants, bars, the beach, theaters and shops. And of course, service and staff. Overall, we rate this resort, based on our level of satisfaction, as a five out of five. Our comparison is based on a few resorts we visited recently on various continents (we are Italiano but live in the US). The Location The resort is situated in a beautiful calm area a few miles north of Cancun, maybe less than half an hour’s drive north of Cancun downtown. It is very nice and quiet, and the beaches are very wide and there is plenty of space for everybody. In fact, during the morning till 10am you might be the only one at the beach. There are plenty of cabanas, beach umbrellas and so forth so that we never had an issue finding a nice spot to relax in. There is a bar right at the beach, and they will bring you any drinks you desire. They will also bring you towels if you do not have them with you. Nearby there is also a hamburger stand that will offer simple foods and snacks if you feel hungry in the middle of the day. There are lots of coconut palm trees all along the beach which harbor several beautiful tropical birds, and underneath there's lots of amazing colorful iguanas that like to roam around, always looking for snippets of food.
