After traveling to Cancun for over 25 years, the room upgrade we received made it the best vacation ever. The room exceeded our expectations. The ocean view was spectacular. The room was spacious and had a Jacuzzi on the balcony. It was delightful. The room we were given thanks to Expedia giving us the VIP honor is the Club Junior Suite Ocean Front. I hope you can experience staying here. We would like to thank the two butlers, whose names I don't remember, but they were always attentive to our needs.

This was the 3rd time in the last 4 years we have come to Majestic Elegance. We love it! The staff is so friendly, the rooms are exquisite, the food is phenomenal, and the climate is eclectic. We are definitely coming back. Each time we've traveled with a party of 3 - 7 people and everyone fully enjoyed their time at this Majestic Resort in Cancun. See you next year!!!

The resort was great, and the service exceeded our expectations with special recognition to Oliver and Estrella from the entertainment team. Their energy, charisma, and dedication made every activity a blast. Whether it was daytime events or the incredible nightly shows, the entertainment team truly elevated the experience. The performances were spectacular, often featuring what appeared to be professional outside talent—absolutely stunning! Oliver, in particular, went above and beyond—not only keeping us entertained but also checking in on us, asking if we needed help, and even personally guiding us to places we were looking for. He truly stood out with his exceptional care and attention. Everything about the resort was top-notch. The room cleaning, butler service, and all the restaurants were fantastic, with the Japanese restaurant being our favorite. The amenities were also excellent, from the many pools to the lively entertainment and extremely well kept grounds. The only downside was an unpleasant experience at one of the souvenir shops—the one with the trinkets, not the clothing shop (where the staff was wonderful and very helpful with finding sizes). Unfortunately, the lady at the trinket shop treated us rudely, assuming we didn’t understand Spanish. She made no eye contact, and her unwelcoming attitude even persisted after we made a purchase. It was disappointing, especially considering how friendly and professional the rest of the staff was.

It was a lovely stay, wonderful time especially for the purpose of relaxation! Our bar waiters - Jose, Reyli, Isai and Angel were PHENOMENAL. Go find them by the Club Infinity Pool or by the Tiki Bar in front of the beach - literally the best service I’ve ever seen, extremely personable and kind with the best personalities. They were extremely attentive of our needs - from ensuring we got the perfect spot and the best view to the most delicious drinks and food! We purchased a beach-side cabana package with a very long itinerary on an extremely windy day but these 4 guys made it all happen. Our butler, Aaron was truly superb. He was only our butler for about a day right before the end of our week stay but he was definitely AMAZING. The resort has a communication channel between guests and staff via mobile device, Aaron was not only responsive but accommodating as well. He was able to help us prepare for our trip back home and also enjoy our last day by the swim up bar. I completely understand why people return to this destination!

The beach was awesome. The food was great. Especially at Kabuki. Ricardo was our chef and it was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Wasn’t crowded and could always find a good spot by the pools or at the beach to sit. Would recommend to everyone

Overall everything was great! No major issues to complain about. My favorite restaurants were the Italian, steakhouse, and japanese (habachi). Drinks were good and service was excellent. Rooms were very nice and so was the beach. Would love if these resorts could heat the pools during the colder months of the year, but I realize that would be very costly.

This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, I am normally a cruiser. I picked this property based on reviews saying how quiet it was there and they were correct. This property was very quiet and relaxing. The beach was gorgeous and well kept. If you are looking for a party type atmosphere this is NOT the resort for you. If you are looking for a relaxing romantic getaway this is it. In 4 days I think there were close to 10 weddings there. This property is about 45 minutes to an hour from the airport...and worth it.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 6 nights and overall our stay was really nice. The staff was amazing and made our stay 100x better. Carlos was the bartender for the main lobby bar and he never failed to provide great service and drinks! Jose was the poolside server by the infinity pool and he was also very attentive and provided great service! Eduardo, our butler, made sure our questions were answered and updated us with daily activities. He even went out of his own way to find us a last minute reservation for the Hibachi, which was sooo good! The activities entertainment, including Ariel and Jaime, were also amazing! Overall, I would say this resort had one of the better drink and food options I’ve had!
