Good size rooms with clean and properly maintained property. They have parking next door. Just the road conditions are not great and have a lot of pot holes and they get bad with rain. There is an oxxo store at walking distance which is open 24 hours.

We reserved a room with 3 beds at this location because it was close to the airport and the website indicated that the hotel offered transportation to the airport. I then called and confirmed this information with the front desk and told them when we would arrive. When we arrived, the room we reserved was not available so they separated us between 2 rooms, one of which smelled horribly of raw sewage. So the 3 of us were forced to share 2 full size beds. And then they did not offer an airport shuttle, we had to pay extra for a cab. Also, this place is located in a very sketchy area of Cancun. It was run down and dirty. The beds were awfully uncomfortable and the bathroom was full of mold. I will never stay at this location again.

This hotel has long term residence living there. There is cockroachs in the room dont put your belonging on the floor. A lot of grown men out drinking by the pool right in front of your room till 12 at night. With loud music. The landscape looked nice ...
