We loved this resort! We stayed with our 4 year old in a King suite. He used the couch pull out bed which worked out well for us. The room was a bit smaller than we anticipated but very functional. Bathroom counters are small and theres a lack of towel racks. Otherwise no complaints. The kids spray pool area is not used much. It's very splashy and loud, honestly just too much. I didn't see any kids using it the whole week we stayed. The lazy river was awesome. The waterslides are adult use only. The pools are great. It would have been nice to have a pool side bar that was accessible not as a swim up bar. The weather was very windy so we weren't able to use umbrellas for shade so it limited where we could sit. Going to save a spot before breakfast would be smart. The beach access is so close to get to. We spent tons of time there. The gym was never busy and the equipment they have is good. The treadmill was squeaky but they had a great variety of options. The pool side entertainment crew were so fun! I loved watching them. The evening entertainment is lacking and limited from what we experienced. My son wasn't keen on going to the Camp Club because he was nervous to be without us. I would have appreciated an indoor space like the playground to use with him to get him warmed up to attending the activities without me. They would not allow me in the space. Other resorts we have been to would have the option for me to accompany him or use certain areas outside of events.recommend!

We had a beautiful room which was an ocean facing room. The view was incredible. However, it was very small with oddly no where to sit. It consisted of one very small round table pushed into a corner accompanied by 1 small chair giving us nowhere to eat or utilize as a desktop. If it weren't fr the magnificent view I wouldn't have much else good to say. The restaurants were terrible. I would not recommend unfortunately.

Of all the Hotel Zone resorts, this is the one!!

Great experience. Food was significantly upgraded from most all-inclusives. Everyone was so friendly even when we may have been a little inebriated. We were there for the Super Bowl and they hosted a party for the Americans at their sports bar. They even were able to find the English language broadcast. This may become our new annual tradition

Our room was not right so we had to switch rooms 3 days in, we were supposed to have a sofa bed for our teenage daughter but they gave us a room with one bed and the roll away bed provided was awful. Other than that the staff and food were wonderful

First of all, there are some nice staff (like the bellboys they are professional ), but the overall experience was not good. Checkin was slow and we had to stand in line for 20 Min ( not like sitting in a waiting lounge like the other resort does) Rude staff: it took 30min for us to get a slice of pizza from the beachside lounge. It was windy and rainy, the pizza was ready and the waiter just let is sit on the counter without serving it. We decided to leave and told him it was taking too long, and the waiter, Henry, yelled at us saying ‘it’s up to you’ Overall bad food quality: they do not have main restaurants for lunch, only snacks or fast foods. Most of the food doesn’t taste good and everything is salty. Unpredictable restaurant hours: 750 Pizzeria supposed to open at 12 but actually was not until 1pm. We went to the sports bar at 9 pm (a regular time for sports bar I guess?) and they told us no food available. Taco cart does not open on some days (I still haven’t figured out the pattern)… Do not disturb sign is like a joke: last night we put on the DND sign and someone knocked our door in the evening, just to give us a ‘new menu’… is that something important to override the DND sign? I also don’t understand the menu… are they going to charge for room service moving forward? What kind of all inclusive it is? Dirty towels: stains on both beach and bath towels, especially beach towels, there are yellow brownish stains on many of them

The food was surprisingly very good for an all inclusive resort. There were a few things that we reported like a broken shower rack and blow dryer which were not fixed throughout our 5 days at the resort. Additionally we ordered room service that never arrived. Besides the poor customer service in those particular situations, staff was friendly.
