Shouts to Estefanie and Pablo poolside for an excellent service. Also to the girls from champions! The animation was tops (events, as well as poolside animation)! The sound system that failed from time to time added to the charm 😄 We will definitely come back and bring along our friends and family! If you want late night parties this is not the Hotel for you. However, I loved it because I was able to enjoy a good pool and beach day, delicious food and be in bed by midnight, allowing me you enjoy the next day to the fullest. However, I wished sports bar would have stayed open later than 11:30 specially on the weekends when the bar is full. I had a great time.

Second time staying at this property and it’s absolutely amazing! Adrian at Casa Madre and Estefani pool attended and Esteban at Casa Madre are the BEST!!! Adrian is very professional and Estefani is super friendly and funny, keeps the energy going. Esteban is very sweet and kind and is a joy to have as our server.
