Me , my daughter and her friend had a great vacation, and met some amazing people from all over the world! All visitors were so friendly and social! The hotel environment and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Rooms were big and spacious, and clean. Housekeeping was timely and friendly! We had a great time-- food was great, great variety, freshly cooked, all restaurants were great, bartenders and especially the night time crew and poolside crew (all drinks were "Alfredo-Strong" ) were AMAZING!! Entertainment crew was so fun!!, and really created lots of fun and engaged everyone! There are several activities throughout the resort to engage in for anyone and everyone! Evening time entertainment was great and always brought everyone out to enjoy the evening activities and drinks! I am so glad we chose this resort as our 1st experience, and likely we will be back!! Everyone in all areas- restaurants, cafe, buffet restaurant, front desk, lobby staff, Entertainment crew, all waiters (inside and poolside), housekeeping, lobby bars----literally everyone was amazing, courtesy, fun, very social, polite, helpful, and made us feel like friends and family! We truly had an amazing time, but really all staff and everyone we encountered made our stay wonderful!! Thank you to everyone :)

The pool was big abd nicely spread out with plenty of seating around and in the pool. We were upgraded to an ocean front view and it was amazing! Just a short walk to the pool or beach. Several dining options and we have no complaints. The food was very good.

Beautiful resort, stayed in the Preferred Club which offered an adults only infinity pool, swim up bar, and top shelf liquor at the Preferred lounge. Check in and check out as a Preferred member was such a breeze. All the staff were amazing, always asking if we needed anything and bringing our drinks to our pool chairs. The buffet was small but there was always something for us to eat to our liking. The restaurants were also great- we had Italian and Mexican which were really good. The Teppanyaki dinner at Spice was also great, but note that you can’t order other things off the menu if you do Teppanyaki like sushi or apps. Our room was beautiful with a large balcony with a jacuzzi, and a separate living area. Overall, a great stay, would definitely come back here again!

If you want a resort that caters to the customers then the Jade is for you. We’ve stayed 8 times and we come back because of the people who work there. It feels like home. The Preferred Club Pool Consigere is beyond good. He goes the extra step. I’ve been to many resorts and keep coming back to Jade. The food is incredible especially at Mercure. Beaches were cleaned every day.

We were a family of 14 and we well taken of from the moment we arrived to the property. The staff at Dreams Jade is hard working and friendly. Always greeting you as they pass by. There were lots of extra little touches, to help us a celebrate a birthday in the group, turndown service and a farewell treat on the last night. This isn't for beach lovers, due to the seaweed. This is a pool lovers paradise. All of the a la carte restaurants were incredible, I loved all the seafood, the hibachi and the many taco options throughout the week. Thanks Dreams Jade.
