The staff here is really good, attentive, and accommodating. Food is good, Hibachi restaurant and Bluewater Grill, & Barefoot Grill great. World Cafe ok. Drinks could be better (alcoholic) they all have the same taste and really not great(mixed drinks, margaritas)

I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout to the young man Jesus, who kept my room clean/tidy. The woman Yusetvy and Joel(front desk), were so nice! The only thing is that I wish there were more adult activities throughout the day and live entertainment by poolside. But other than that, I would definitely return.

Resort was beautiful. We did not have a good stay. Every night I was awoken by neighbors in the room above us. I called the front desk one night at 1:30 in the morning. To complain about the noise and banging that the person above my room was making. Every night it was bang, bang , bang,. Moving furniture around. I can hea it being dragged around the room. Front desk practically did nothing. The sent security to my room. To listen to the noise. That's all. We suggested if we could please move rooms. And were denied it. Very upsetting to have to listen to this person above make this noise and have to deal with it. At this moment I do not look forward to staying at dreams natura in the future.

The food was great along with the service and amnesties. The only complaint I would have is the beach was a red flag day most days and the water was reddish brown. Obviously that is not in the resort’s control.

Dreams natura is a good place to vacation. The beach was ok. Very brown and allot of seaweed. The atm unfortunately was down and you can take out minium 50 usd but you're charged 9.50 i believe. Other then that everything was good. I would stay again
