I travel to Mexico every year with my family and like to try different resorts. This one had a beautiful property, clean facilities, and a great service- especially from the stuff who were always friendly and helpful. The resort is very family friendly, with good entertainment and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed spending time in the pool. However, the food was hit or miss. The buffet lunch didn’t have enough meat options, and Brazilian style restaurant was disappointing. The meat was very salty and the chicken breast was dry. On the other hand, we really enjoyed the Mexican restaurant, Italian, Hibachi, Route 66 and the cafe they had much better food. Overall, it was a nice stay.

What an amazing vacation at OCT, our butler Brandon made this experience amazing. I also want to mention Marisela from the lobby bar who was attentive, Gustavo from the pool bar who surprised us with new drinks, Jose from guest service who helped us a lot and Jordan who made delicious drinks at the mixology class You wont regret this place!!
