Property needs to be renovated. Elevator has been left unattended. People smoke in the rooms which causes the smells to go through all the levels. Toilets don’t work. Fixtures have calcium and are rusting. During the day this place looks like a prison from the outside. It’s a hole in a wall where there is literally holes everywhere due to cracking and falling apart.

Great place to stay. This property is on the beach and the staff was excellent and very professional. The location is right in the heart of town. So much to do and so easy to get the bus to other places for 12 pesos. I will definitely stay there again.

Not for younger crowds. Rain shower and toilet has low pressure because close to beach. Shower doesn’t drain fast. Beds are small. It’s close to good food spots and walkable distance.

Great beach scene with DJ. Pool was beautiful and loved the outside seating area by the swings. Roque is a great bartender and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. I would love the toilets to work easier in the rooms. The beach staff don’t work as a team. I had to wait 30 minutes for my dedicated server to come clean cups from another party after I requested they be moved by another server. Just seemed like a lack of customer service not to just grab the glasses and wipe off the table so I could use it right away.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The place offers little amenities for the price it costs. The only good thing about it is the beach all the staff need to take a customer service course, every one of them was rude and not helpful. Will not go back !!

I didn't like that I was forced to wait until the 3 pm check-in, even though the rooms were cleaned and ready. This is especially burdensome when you fly overnight, arrive at 7:30 in the morning, and then have to wait for your room to unpack, unwind, and begin your vacation. We asked several times if the room was ready and were told to come back at 3 pm check-in time. We could see the paperwork all lined up and ready for check-in, so why not let people into the rooms once they're ready? This made for a stressful first day of vacation. We also had someone in our party with special dietary needs, so we had some of our own snacks packed. When snacking at the pool, a staff member approached us and told us we couldn't have outside snacks at the pool. That meant we were forced to only order the resort food and snacks, which the person in our party could not eat. So we had to leave the pool area to eat our snacks. Very inconvenient and unnecessary.

This hotel is not same as on advertising pictures . They used the AI version . Hotel was so dirty and we did not check in . After that we have requested refund but they refused the refund . This is totally scam . They adverise as like new hotel but all broken . We have the proof of pictures

The hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance from dining and entertainment. The staff was polite and friendly. Pool area clean. We stayed in the king size ocean view room. The view was absolutely stunning. The con is the room needs an upgrade. Bathroom is too small, the jacuzzi was outdated and the flooring although clean , there were a lot of scuff marks and cracks on the tiles.
