Geo and Manuel and Shelia were amazing! Best service ever! The resort was super clean and the staff everyone was great! The food was very good just add one more restaurant. Please. The Premium package liquor needs to be increase to more top shelf! You have the exquisite clientele for package. The most beautiful beach! Overall this place is a 10!

There was one huge problem the water was brown we thought it was the lightening in the bathroom so we decided to put a towel in the shower after each shower the towel became more and more brown disgustingly brown I have pictures and videos

The staff were excellent, the food (in particular from the Mediterranean and Asian restaurants) was brilliant! They even handle the passing of Hurricane Milton really well. Some of the property could do with a face lift, some stairwells feel a little dingy. However, a wonderful stay with absolutely zero substantial problems. I would highly recommend this place.

I truly appreciate how clean this resort is. The staff, especially housekeeping, constantly keeps the rooms and grounds spotless. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and at home here. Check-in was smooth, with the front desk staff, including Alberto, explaining everything clearly. My Inspira Ocean Suite was perfect—clean, spacious, and with an amazing balcony view. Food-wise, I’d give it an 8.5/10. Hakka was my favorite restaurant, especially the teriyaki roll and spicy chicken from the wok. Almar also served delicious food, particularly the Mexican buffet. Room service was good, with the veggie omelet and fresh fruit being highlights. The Nuup Spa was a standout experience—clean, luxurious, and with great service. My masseuse, Christina, gave a wonderful massage. I loved the spa’s hydro pools& saunas and ocean-view facilities. My only issue was the noisy exit door in Tower 3, which would bang loudly due to the wind. I hope this gets fixed soon. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Oleo, and I’d give it a 9.5/10. I can’t wait to return!

This hotel is not what it seems. I’ll start by saying that the employees are wonderful. They cater to you whenever you ask for something. They also speak to you every time you pass them. It makes you feel real good to be there. The food is good but not great. Ok now the bad… the location isn’t the best if you decide to wonder around and you will because there isn’t too much to do. All you have is the beach which is not that good unless you like to be on a slope. The water is close. You have the pool which is really small compared to others. The gym is tiny.The rooms are a nice size but old. The building is old too. The entertainment area is the seating area so it’s not a big area. Overall I give it a 6 maybe barely a 7 out of 10.

Overall it’s fine, place needs maintenance. There are only to restaurants with the exact same food every day. Most of the staff is great with the exception of a few. The sales people are the worst, they get mad when you don’t want to buy from them and they lie to you. The views are great but would most likely not return to this place

The hotel location was good but the food options were limited. For the rooms, they have three towers. We were allocated room in tower 1 but we had to change the room due to bathroom water drainage was clogged. Tower 1 had smell of dampness. We were moved to Tower 3 and that was good. No smell and no drainage problem. If you want to avail tour packages with discount from them, then you have to go through their presentation about membership plans and if you deny taking the presentation, they don't give you discount. The overall stay was good. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was helpful. If you are looking something budget friendly and all inclusive, this hotel can be good options but food option is the only problem.
