The place was nice and staff is welcoming. The food options are mostly buffet for morning and lunch. Dinner is exclusive. The property looks like more of older side on Tower 1.

The hotel was dirty, and very old looking and uncomfortable. Switched to another hotel due to this and tried to get a refund because it was nothing like the pictures and because of how me and my family felt and we never got a response on the refund. Very rude when e we let them know we would be leaving the hotel.

The only good thing I can say was that the room was clean. There’s a ton of shortcomings. I was charged money for a downgrade to accommodate my friends joining my trip. The toilet clogged and after 90 mins, we had to call again to get service. The restaurant ran out of several of the things we ordered or wanted to order. My friends left early and the concierge didn’t tell me they needed their arm bands, and so I couldn’t re use them. I’m very upset with my time here. I went on some cool excursions but the accommodations worked hard to make my trip worse.

Overall its a nice property, the staff is very friendly and its a clean place! Now the problem is: the food the Buffet is the only place with decent food, the restaurants in the property unfortunately they are not good. But nothing that cant be fixed.

The property is definitely in need of renovation, as it looks old and outdated. The second tower in particular gives a very poor impression. It’s a shame that, despite having such a beautiful view, the hotel is so poorly maintained. The food is not bad, but it lacks presentation, there is very little variety, and the overall dining experience is disappointing. Entertainment is terrible—this is more of a hotel for older guests rather than younger people. By 9 p.m. there is nothing to do, since there are no real recreation areas, and the drinks are very limited. They only have two à la carte restaurants. Honestly, this is not a hotel I would return to. From the moment you arrive at the lobby, you notice the lack of maintenance and how deteriorated the property is, and to make it worse, the prices are sky-high.
