This is an awesome hotel, great vibe, and awesome staff. This place is located very close to the ADO if you plan on taking trips. Whenever I come back to Cancun, I will be staying here again.

Pachamaya is a good basic place to stay. The room was clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the king bed was hard as a rock and hurt my back so I spent the majority of the nights on the bunk bed. There was no fridge in the room and there was no TV. The only fridge is in the lobby so if I wanted to grab a cold beer I had to go get it out of the communal lobby fridge. I disliked the lack of trash cans in the room as it was small and I had to frequently take garbage out to the pool area cans. Overall I had a nice stay and as I said one major plus was the advice and guidance from Staff like Roy, Flora, and Fernando. I would certainly stay at Pachamaya again just because of how awesome the staff was. I had a nice massage and enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. Be advised the pool temperature is very warm so it is not very refreshing but it is very clean.

Very clean, in good repair, great location, walkable, classy restaurants, but also cheap eats easily accessible. I would not trust the hotel/hostel staff to coordinate any type of airport transport as they are not organized.

Amazing refuge in the city!
Don't hesitate - book Pachamaya if you can. I was lucky to stay here before they were fully open, and the owners have an amazing vision for this spot. You can tell how much they care, and their staff care just as much. It's peaceful, relaxing, and well-appointed, with thoughtful extra touches. Lots of great common space, and I had a hard time leaving the pool / hot tub area. Convenient location in the historic original neighbourhood. If I'm ever back to Cancun, I'll be back to Pachamaya.

Pachamaya was a stunning property! I felt honored to be one of the first to stay here. My fiancé and I came for a short 3 day stay over New Year’s weekend. The owners and staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations on where to go, eat, transportation to the beach and events in the hotel. The pool was beautiful and clean and the restaurant’s food was very delicious, eating at the restaurant is a MUST. Very clean room with thoughtfully planned out amenities, the air conditioning worked very well, there was great water pressure, hot water, complimentary water and shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. The owners made us feel at home, they are still adding to the property and it’s very exciting. We didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you Paula, Fernanda and Fernando!

Mi estancia en Pachamaya fue realmente transformadora. Desde el momento de mi llegada, sentí una paz y una bienvenida que impregnaron cada aspecto de la estancia. El personal fue excepcionalmente atento, asegurándose de que cada huésped se sintiera personalmente atendido. La suite en la que me hospedé me brindó mucha paz y tranquilidad para descansar. Cada día estuvo lleno de una variedad de actividades, desde sesiones de yoga matutino que energizaban mi cuerpo hasta meditaciones nocturnas que calmaban mi mente. Las sesiones de sanación con sonido fueron un punto destacado para mí; proporcionaron una profunda sensación de relajación y conexión. Aprecié especialmente la oportunidad de participar en la ceremonia de cacao, que fue una experiencia espiritual profunda. En general, mi experiencia en Pachamaya fue profundamente enriquecedora.
