Cockroaches and terrible customer service

After arriving from a very long 11hr flight it took us ages to find the property because it is listed on two different locations depending on which map app you use. On arrival, we were told we had mistakenly booked for 1 guest in 1 room instead of 2 guests in 1 room. This was my mistake but the lady at the front desk proceeded to spend 10 minutes chatting to someone on the phone about it and then eventually charged us an extra fee. I would have been fine with this but the room rate was the same online for 1 or 2 guests, so not sure why this extra fee was necessary and even if it was - couldn’t we have sorted it out on checkout when we weren’t clearly exhausted?? The room we were given didn’t look like the pictures and there were cockroaches in the outdoor corridors and stairwell leading to our room (the door had a huge gap underneath so I’m not sure what would stop the roaches from coming into the room also). The only positive was the pool area was nice but unfortunately we didn’t get time to use it. Would not return.

Horrible bed, Horrible pillows, no blankets, no TV Hotel claims 4 stars but it would be generous to give it "1" We left after the first day but hotel refused to refund us for day we decided not to stay.

It is very minimalistic. The morning lady who speaks English at the reception is not friendly at all. The rooms are very basic. Do not expect any luxury at all. After heavy rains, our rooms are flooded twice so we had to change rooms at 11 pm twice.

Pratique!

Hôtel situé en ville, à distance de marche de la station de bus ADO. Piscine agréable. Pas de bar et musique relaxante. Chambre très grande, mais il manque un frigo, une machine à café et un téléviseur. L’hôtel est propre et propose des soins (il faudrait peut-être en laisser la liste avec les prix dans la chambre). Il est facile de se déplacer vers la zone hôtelière avec le bus. Resto attenant et plusieurs options tout près.

Especially for a solo traveler, safety is the on the top of mind. The place let you feel like at home. Soft and light music playing in the background with aromatic fragrance in the air reduce the stress right away. Either you are relaxing by the pool or stretching on the mat at patio, or sipping and/or dinning under soft lighting surrounded by the green, you will find whatever you need as a break from traveling. Close to the safest area in the city, City hall and public transit, walking distance to the local shopping and hidden jems. With flexible types of accommodations and warm hearted staff, you can find people from all walks of life, different continents and difference age group flocking here even in the slow tourist season.
