We had an excellent time at Sunscape All-Inclusive Resort. It was our first trip with our baby and cannot speak highly enough of how the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Always there to help with a high chair and had a crib ready for us with fresh sheets each day. The resort is easily accessible with a stroller and easy to get around. The food was excellent! We loved the various restaurants, especially Azul, On Sunset and Viaggio. You can tell how much care the staff take looking after the property. Everywhere you go on the resort is clean. It’s evident the staff truly care and would highly recommend to anyone with little ones. No matter who you ran into in the halls, around the pool or in restaurants, all staff were so kind. Special thanks to Cesar at the front desk, Martin at Azul restaurant (and coconut drink designs by the pool) and Jose at the bar. These three gentleman truly made us feel at home.

We love this resort, and we keep coming because of the great service we get from their workers, Bell man Diego, servers Daniel, Fernandito,Maclovio and the guys at the bar Fernando, Victor, Luis, Carlos. However some food options are now limited and we are not happy about that, they closed down our favorite spot to eat during the day which was the tacos by the beach and we were told they were going to re open, it’s been over a year now and nothing has happened, the tacos by the pool are so flavor less, everyday there was a different option for food by the pool not anymore, can’t even bring food out of the buffet anymore to the pool, and there is a fee of 10.00 for room service which sucks. We love their staff and their amazing service that’s why we been here over 10 times but with these food limitations, maybe we will try out a new resort soon.

I have no complaints. The staff was AMAZING. The taco bar and hot dog bar were so Convenient. Absolutely loved it, however the pictures in orbitz are a bit misleading, the pictures make the resort look very elegant and pretty and it does not look like that in person. See, is not bad the room we got was a good size and it was perfectly fine but just here to say the pictures are not realistic.

I recently stayed at Sunscape Resort Cancun, and it was such a refreshing getaway! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with warm smiles and great hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the atmosphere instantly set the tone for relaxation. The beachfront views are breathtaking, and the resort does a great job keeping the grounds clean and vibrant. I really enjoyed the variety of restaurants on-site every meal was flavorful, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The property and resort was only 20mins away. The room was very clean and had no issue with bugs or anything. We did have money stolen out of my husbands wallet out of our room which ruined our anniversary day and made us feel unsafe and unable to trust the staff. Very unfortunate situation.
