Wasn't happy with our room situation, when we walked in it, it was set up as a honeymoon suite. Instead of changing rooms we made it work and stayed. The boards under the bed had collapsed (should have moved then). EVERYTHING is really dated and old including the TV and everything is in spanish only, unable to cast from your phone. The pool is disgusting. Old tiles small nothing special. Thank goodness for the beach access. Great food options BUT no reservations and the best thing to do is put your name on a waiting list at 5pm sharp as you will have a 1 to 2 hour wait. Poolside tacos amazing. Will I ever stay here again, no. Too crowded and run down for my liking.

There were plenty of dining and snack options. We booked the swim up infinity pool and loved the room and pool. We spent so much time there because it was quieter and not busy. There were a lot of families at the resort. But there were places that were quiet. We also used the spa services and I was very happy with our service.

This was my first all inclusive resort. It's good for families with kids (4yrs ). The food options are good and there are different cuisines for variety. The ocean view was surreal. The fun activities and unlimited drinks just kept the party go on all day & night. Loved it.

Service, cleanliness, and food were excellent. The rooms were nice besides our balcony being tiny compared to others. We couldn’t even sit on our balcony. The kids pool with the water slides were targeted for older kids. The pool floor was slippery for younger kids. Main water slides were under construction and didn’t say when we booked. A la carte restaurants and taco bar by pool were really good. Overall, good resort despite a few small drawbacks and would come back again.

We LOVED the swim up infinity room. The food was better than most all inclusive resorts. Steak house was excellent. Room service was good. We would have liked a bit more night life. This resort is catered more for family.
