Very relaxing atmosphrere but Paradisus Melia need to do something about party noises coming from the Kulkukan Blvd. We were staying at a room with view of the lagoon side and we could not sleep from Thurday thru Sunday ( Oct 24th thru Oct 27th ) , The Night Club Mun is extremely noisy and they work until 5:00 am. It was terrible. Try to do something about this with the city. In the Hotel all perfect but this ruined our stay.

I like the property but i hate how they dont help you and tell you about activities around hotel. Also my husband asked them to decor the room for 2nd year anniversary and they did so poor job decorating the room.Also transportation to airport was Bad! i almost missed my flight

This resort represents itself as a 5 star. We had a very high expectation for this place. Rooms are really really old, water is rusty orange. On the property only 4 restaurants, the only breakfast place is a buffet. Super rude and slow service. No respect at all. You want good meat? Pay. You want normal place by the pool, pay. Can’t do anything for free. Really disappointed since this was supposed to be all inclusive resort. Never coming back

Great location!!! Aesthetically beautiful property; but long way to go in terms of customer service. We booked as a large group of 4 families of 15 ppl. Our stay had its ups and downs - ups include the awesome beach and pool area; i can assure you’ll have a good time as its super family friendly and the staff is great. So is the food in some of the restaurants like Flora, Cielo and Cappelo. Now coming to the “not so good”s - the staff in Blue Agawe and Malwa are just terrible; and ruined our trip so many times. They were always angry, inconsiderate to dietary restrictions and sometimes outright rude. Malwa is the restaurant where you have the breakfast and lunch buffets; so it’s not like you can choose a different place if you are looking for these options. For e.g. at Malwa every single day i explained to the chef at the egg station to clean the spatula when using ham/ meat before making a cheese/ vegetable omelette. He said say sorry, wipe it with a paper napkin and immediately proceed to use the same spatula to serve ham. The waiters couldn’t care less to serve coffee even after asking 2-3 times, and sometimes did not even allow to join tables despite telling right at the beginning that we are a large group. They would seat us in smaller tables and then ask us to sit separately even when some of the larger tables were available; for no obvious reason.

The ambience around the resort and landscape was beautiful. I love how the interior design brought in outdoor elements. The water fountains created a tranquil experience and the restaurants aesthetic was also nice.
