Amazing experience. The resort is beautiful. Everything was perfect from the concierge service, restaurant and bar staff, food, pool side service, activities, and house keeping. We will be back to vacation at Paradisus.

Check-in went smooth. Arriving to our room we noticed a strong smell that stayed in the room the entire trip. Our room was not what we expected either, nothing compared to the picture we saw when we booked. Come to find out people who book with travel agencies get whatever is available instead of what they paid for. The jacuzzi in our balcony was dirty and didn’t work properly. Room service was poor, our fridge was supposed to be restocked every day and we ended up having to call for waters more than twice. After request, it took them a good hour to deliver. The pool with the walk-up bar was FREEZING! Hardly anyone would get in. The bars close early, 11pm. For dinner you must make a reservation, if not you are stuck at the buffet which wasn’t so great. Restaurants won’t sit you even with tables available and you also only have till 4pm to book a reservation. Its unfortunate, on the bright side the workers there are very friendly! The bartenders were great, the DJs. The Ginger bar was our favorite, had a great vibe! Just sucked that once the party was getting started they had to close. Looks like in order to get a real VIP experience you must book with the resort directly instead of expedia or any other booking agency. You even get a different color bracelet when booking with a travel agency that way the workers can recognize you.

I loved this resort! Though I had my 3 month old with me my 2 other friends stayed at the adult side and we were still able to have so much fun! The food was pretty good for “resort” food.

For 5 days stay we haven’t had one single day when we can sit on beach chairs next to the pool or even towel ( few times a day they were out if towels)…. Lunch and dinner in buffet were very limited and dinner in restaurants very small portions

Huge difference from moon palace. Other than lemon fish, food was of poor quality. Expensive spa. We came for tropical food. Papaya, Guava, Pineapple were limited. Coconut water cost was exorbitant like Europe. Too expensive for average quality. Hats off to all hardworking staff there. Not sure if they make enough money to justify their hard work.

The flight and airport transportation were excellent—smooth, punctual, and hassle-free. At the resort, checking in at the front desk was a bit disappointing. Despite booking in advance and repeatedly requesting a specific bed preference (even submitting the arrival form three times with the details clearly mentioned), the request could not be accommodated. I understand room assignments are subject to availability, but it was frustrating given the multiple attempts to ensure this detail was addressed. Eventually, they offered a room on a different floor, but it took some effort to resolve. On a positive note, the dinner options were fantastic, and reserving through Expedia was incredibly convenient. However, the all-inclusive buffet experience left much to be desired. The food quality was average, and there was always a rush during breakfast and lunch, requiring long waits in line. That said, everything else about the resort was exceptional—the service, property, and location were truly 5-star.

Awful resort. Rooms are extremely dated, old, run down, disgusting. Rooms and bathrooms feel like a subway station. You won't be able to sleep at night as you will here loud music until 4 am. Food is also terrible. The buffet has limited seating, service, and food selection. All the food is old recycled food from the previous days including the specialty restaurants. For kids, there's almost nothing for them here. Restaurants and buffet dont even serve kids food.
