Room - flity has black mould on pillows - walls so flithy and shower head was a cross between the hulk and the green smile monster - at least a few years old The Foyer is fantastic - but don’t let that fool you - lifts has dried snot and split drinks all down the walls and the buttons were sticky like lollies or toffee on it Advertised continental buffet is only 2 pieces of cold hard toast - one coffee and 6 small pieces. Not allowed access to any cereal or anything Cafe has posters that state they are a star bucks affiliated cafe - but only have americano coffee or direct you back to the buffet No pool bar - looks abandoned - dinner was interesting and a day of food poisoning followed Floor 6 has holes in the roof every five or so metres - has a musty smell in the hallway and room like a long term water leak - obviously why they have holes cut in the roof Spoke to manager first morning about continental breakfast and he basically just said it “ is what it is “ The porter was the only half decent staff member there The reception staff were either in there phones for extended period of times or fixing there dress in the mirror Even the room keys are recycled as my had dried chocolate on them I didn’t risk going under the sheets and slept on the top of the bed as from the black moulding pillow Ohhh the pool has a speaker for music - it’s been ripped down of the wall and placed next to broken deck chairs Might be cheap but for good sake stay away

El lugar está muy cómodo y céntrico entre la zona hotelera y Cancún. Nuestra habitación estuvo hermosa y la vista fue lo mejor. En cuanto a limpieza, las toallas están muy percudidas, salió una cucaracha de una coladera abajo del lavabo. Faltaban jabones y tuvimos que pedir. Y las almohadas muy incómodas. En el bar pedimos distintas bebidas y no tenían. Terminamos tomando agua. En general el lugar está bien.

This is the 3rd time I stay in this hotel and I have never been disappointed. Very freindly staff clean rooms and facility easy access to lots of places either walking or taking the public transportation. The beach right across the street is excellent to spend the day. I will definately return and do recommend.

The hotel seems nice but lacks lots of maintenance. The room I got didn’t have hot water, the shower faucet was broken (didn’t have handles), the cushions in the chairs were peeled off, the thermostat wasn’t working, the towels were old and hard as cardboard (and there was only one), no cleaning products available like conditioner or body lotion, the mirrors were stained, and the shower door was creaking. After asking for help I was moved to another room in better conditions, but not a radical improvement and the request wasn’t received in a nice way either. I moved later to another hotel which was about the same price but radically better in many aspects. The pool was pretty good.

Great spot to stay, space for cars if you rent one and drive there. Staff was awesome and friendly. Room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. The food they served was good. The gym is small but it’s good enough for a mini work out. All in all a great place to stay. The price was decent as well.
