Place is nice but definetely needs cleanning. floors on hallways need to be vaccuumed and rooms need additional cleanning seems like they do not have enough staff. Our shower needed some good cleanning , we did't take our sandals off and disnt walked barefoot.

The cleaning lady didnt clean well... even if we didn ask every day she was forgetting to clean leave the garbage and never ever left coffee. The guy for the transaction helios was the best part he was very nice always on-time.

I stayed for the second time and you know it got worse. There is a lack of cleanliness, service, on New Year's Eve the hotel is sad and melancholy))! The breakfasts are very average, the coffee is terrible, the juice is diluted with water! I advise you to do a general cleaning of the hotel, update the furniture, focus on delicious breakfasts and check the quality of the water in the pool! And that's not all, but perhaps that's enough)! Thank you 6, 8 out of 10!

Room was unacceptably dirty.......stains on sofa nd stools, shower walls were grimey and the grout grossly holding mold, tile on the shower floor was broken and slippery, had to requeat linen change as the made sheets thatvwete on the bed wete soiled and the (so call) white towels were grossly discolored. Even the furniture amd carpet in the lobby were dirty.

I loved the service provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom smelled bad, though. There was no proper venting. That was the only downside, but I loved everything else. The rooftop restaurant and bar were convenient and tasted good. The rooftop pool was also really nice. Getting around Cancun was very good. They had a free shuttle drop-off service, although you had to reserve it in the morning, so plan ahead. But it was easy getting to Las Isla Mall and Aquaworld. They even had tour packages to Chichen Itza and Xcaret.

Stayed with my family (of 4) for 7 days from Dec 24th to 31st. I liked the fact that it was in a quieter area, but that means extremely limited dining options, limited transportation and overpriced goods at the hotel market/shop. We arrived at the hotel around 9.15pm & we couldn’t order dinner as it closes at 9.30pm. Couldn’t even order uber eats. Upon arrival at our suite we discovered stained & pretty dirty bar stools with few hairs on the one them. Ran out of shampoo on the first day.. we had to request things literally every single day. Shampoo, hand towels, shower gel etc. -Didn’t vaccum every day. I was told housekeeping staff was too busy to vaccum every day. Overall a very poor experience. Not at all in par with Marriot standards.
