Was a really nice hotel , the front desk service was bad, I do not remember the names , I did buy some stuff from the store and they did not give me the ticket ( they have a sigh that say if you don't receive your ticket report to the manager )I reported to an other front desk agent and she said call the supervisor, she told me in bad manner, the breakfast was from 7 to 10 and I did ask one of the kitchen person to give to me hot water at 10:00 am , and he said we are closed, but you have water in your room, I was mad because I wanted to make a tea , the check inn was a 3:00 pm and by 4:30 did not have the room ready. The AC didn't work, and they didn't want to move us to an other room.

Property and rooms were clean. Staff was nice and friendly however had some difficulties in understanding English for rooftop staff. Very limited options for rooftop snack bar, most of times things were sold out. The area around was far from any other activities/ experiences. Partial ocean view from room. Clean, comfortable, spacious and everything we needed was available in our room. Great service would definitely be staying here. With so many options anywhere I go I try to stay with Marriot Bonvoy theyve never disappointed me. Anything you request like towels etc will be at your door in 2 minutes and the staff always greet you with a smile. Great food at the bar for your convenience and made fresh.

The view from my window was a green metal fence and shrubs. The beach was nowhere near the hotel nor much anything else. The room was clean but had to plug in everything. Hallways smelled moldy. Staff was not willing to let me change to a room with a view. The balcony was instead a patio looking onto that same fence and shrubs with trash on ground.
