The hotel was clean, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good variety. However, the food quality was disappointing, with an overpowering egg smell lingering on the plates, food, and serving area, which was unpleasant. It felt like a waste of the owner’s investment. Additionally, whenever we requested items such as towels, they were either unavailable or took several hours to arrive. This suggests that the hotel owner or manager may not be providing adequate supplies to ensure guest comfort.

Very clean and well maintained property, room was of very good size, very quiet as well, you can have peace here, not a party property. A lot of good amenities on the property, roof terrace, pools and restaurant very beautiful and well maintained. Most of all very friendly and wonderful staff, we stayed on this property for a month and definitely will be returning here very soon.

Excellent place to stay for families my room had a full kitchen plus a very nice rooftop pool, the closest beach is Dolphin beach and it a $4 Uber ride away or half hour walk to the bus and 5 min ride if you don't mind a little walking it a great place to stay in Cancun friendly staff a great breakfast every morning and very clean rooms I would definitely stay again !!!
