The stay was great I would definitely give it five stars. The staff was always friendly, and helpful. The views were great, and there was always something to do. It always seemed like every night was one big party and it was cool. Buut the food was not always as good as expected.

Big massive resort is not equal to a small resort with the same guest rating. Big beautiful pool is a plus, but not nearly enough to overcome crowds, mediocre food, fair service at best, employees do not even look at you or smile, garbage bags left on stairwells by pool that you have to walk around. No reservations restaurant that we waited 40+ minutes (heard another be told 90 min). Details matter. This resort is for you young, not so wise to the world people that are used to fast food. Will not make this mistake again.

I did not interact with the staff much but I did have a good time for the most part I was off the resort. It was a bit chilly to hang out around the pool so we had to do more indoor activities off the resort.
