Staff was very friendly and accommodating!! Overall a great vibe. I would come back. Although the rooms weren’t very nice. They were a little dirty. Also, I paid for an ocean view room and was put on the 5th floor where the roof was so there wasn’t much of a view.

The food was good- the service was excellent by bartenders and waiters. Problem was overcrowding and guest partying all night screaming from their balcony's profanities. The Riu needs to have better security so people can sleep.

We stayed at the wrong place. This hotel is a party hotel for young people. It was loud and rowdy. All surfaces in the hotel are hard surfaces which creates a loud noise so that you cannot understand a word when you eat dinner in any of the restaurants. The design of the whole building complex is a disaster. The rooms were very plain and basic. Interior door and glass panel between shower and bedroom do not serve any purpose. Interior wall mirror is deteriorating . No reservations for restaurants result in extended waiting times. Too many complaints to mention. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT., WILL NEVER COME BACK.

Bad stuff terrible room dirty sheets disgusting bathroom every 2 minutes the lights goes off nothing works in this hotel plus we paid for ocean view and they give us tree view on 3rd floor and they refused to change the room for us even though I showed them my reservation that I booked ocean view also we stayed for 3 days no water to drink in the room I was calling for 3 days asking for water they didn’t bring us nothing
