Place was immaculate and couldn’t have had a better stay. After a last minute cancellation of our original trip we booked this place with one days notice and it didnt disappoint. Close to the airport. Grounds were beautiful and very clean. Was absolutely perfect.

This property is beautiful as in grounds and the staff was nice but I had to leave early and up grade to a RiU palace. This property was not up to my standards for several reasons. First, they did not have a Photo Pro store or staff on location to take professional pictures. There was no hot tub in the spa. There was no bathtub in my room. There were no cafe bars with pastries and coffee during the day. The food was horrible and I couldn’t eat it. Barely any activities in the day. As someone who had stayed at the RIU Palace Peninsula, I left asap and upgraded to Kukulkan which was much better.

Great value! The resort looks brand new and it is extremely clean. Food and drinks were great, so was the service. Location is good, less than 10 minutes away from the clubs.

The hotel aesthetics was beautiful however during my stay, one of the other guest became belligerent and drunk, and gave the incorrect room number to security and security without calling and checking my room it is unsafe and I will continue to report this. This is a matter of safety for both guest and it is inappropriate to enter anyone’s room without checking anyone’s ID, this is irresponsible

Our overall experience at the hotel was fantastic, with impeccable cleanliness, stunning beaches, lively bars, engaging entertainment, and a highly welcoming entertainment staff who went above and beyond to create a great atmosphere. However, the one major disappointment was the food and restaurant service. The food quality was well below expectations, lacking freshness, variety, and authenticity. Additionally, some restaurant staff were unprofessional and, at times, came across as dismissive or even rude.(especially in Kulinarium restaurant) Instead of providing courteous and attentive service, they behaved as if they were world-class chefs doing guests a favor by serving the meals—despite the fact that the food quality did not reflect such an attitude. Improving the dining experience, both in terms of food quality and customer service would significantly enhance the overall guest experience at this otherwise excellent hotel.

Had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotless. The beach was perfect and private, making for a truly relaxing time. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend! 🌟

Staff and service were excellent. It would have been nice to have more dining options that were not buffet. My young adult children enjoyed the pool activities and the Riu parties, but there were no other options for night. The shows were not that entertaining. It would have been nice to have a comedian or magician. It also would have been nice to have a night lounge, karoke bar or somewhere to hang and have a few drinks with other adults. The lobby was crowded and the only other place was the sports bar.
