Everything was OK with this hotel. I don’t usually write reviews, but the housekeeping staff was NOT attentive. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and we never got our room made. They said that we had the DND on the first night, when we did had it but we took it off at 3pm and notify to make the room and nothing. We asked for towels and they never came. We also notify one of the housekeeping staff on Daturday to do our room at 3:30pm and they said that the afternoon staff would the room and ..still NOTHING! The front desk called on the last day for towels, but we were leaving on Sunday so we didn’t really need the towels. The staff is not helpful at all, so if you want a hotel that exceeds your needs and give a really nice service ..this is not the hotel.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was attentive and polite. Wasn’t a fan of the food unfortunately. Many options, but none of it was very good.

The property including the beach was beautiful. It definitely felt like paradise. I would stay there again. The staff was great. Although it was December, and a bit windy, the pools could have been slightly heated. Also, the linens on my bed when changed, were sometimes stained. But the room was overall clean.

This property was clean, and the RIU staff was helpful and super friendly. Although we did have a couple of issues. One was we were almost an hour late getting into our room, after checking in over a week earlier. Two the food on property was just average, even at the specialty restaurants. Three onsite excursions for the scuba and boat ride fees were increased when the driver arrived at the last minute. I feel the company should be aware if people on their property are un-reputable. Overall I would not stay at this property again.
