The resort itself is fine, the food is alright but the worst part is we have a girl with us on the trip who doesn’t drink and when our server who doesn’t speak English asked what we wanted we told her pina colada drinks with no alcohol and we repeated it twice, not only did she put alcohol she also laughed in our faces when we confronted her, the manager did come out and apologize but come on what kind of staff are you hiring, SECONDLY, apparently my wife and I broke a glass in the room which was very clearly not caused by us, it has no shatter or anything just a simple split in the glass, when we told them it wasn’t us they told us no matter what we’re paying for it and lied and said we previously agreed to paying for it when we never had any agreement like such, I won’t be returning to this resort and I hope to keep others aware of this place.

El hotel es muy pequeño, no hay room service, las habitaciones no tienen extractor de aire, lo que hace que la humedad se quede por mucho tiempo, y eso genera que la ropa huela mal y se humedezca. La comida esta "equis", ademas de que todo es self service. El chico de la recepción que esta en las madrugadas es muy poco amable. Las albercas no tienen sombra, solo la del bar. Los escusados estan super altos lo que hace que sea un poco incomodo. Y las camas son incomodas también. Fuera de eso, el resto de los colaboradores es muy amable, las habitación son limpias y el resto del hotel es muy limpio.

Where to even start, first off, we were required to stay a minimum 5 nights, when requesting with the hotel for a shorter stay, it was denied. I love Cancun, but 6 days on a resort with restaurants (aside from the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet - which still has closing hours in between) that are all closed until 6pm is ridiculous. secondly, the front desk was unable to arrange transportation to and from the airport due to booking through expedia rather than through their own website. thirdly, safety. there were multiple occasions where my group caught other guests in the act of tampering with women’s drinks. unfortunately, my partner fell victim to it which then resulted in an injury. the front desk was notified and all we were told was “i’ll be sure to let security know” i will never recommend this hotel to ANYONE
