The place is beautiful. The stuff are very kind and friendly. Special thanks to Nick, Selene, Veronica in the buffet. They are always welcoming and supper friendly. The room is clean in general. However, the sofa smell badly. We had to keep the door open to get fresh air to avoid the bad smell. The food is good. We enjoyed the Italian resturant and the Steak house a lot. The Crystal is great as well. The only thing is my sister got a little sick from something of the food one day. This the the second time we stayed in this place. Overall, we liked the place.

We have stayed at Hyatt Ziva a number of times. Riu Palace las Americas was a great change of pace. The food was excellent and drinks came quickly with amazing service. The transportation to the parties was very convenient and we had a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff were awesome. Great food and drinks. The beach was pristine. It’s definitely a party vibe in the evening/night, loud music and partying in the outdoor theater area that you can hear in your room, but it shut down at 11 every night. We had some rude and extremely noisy neighbors a few times in the middle of the night (the walls seemed like they were pretty thin). We had to call down to the front desk and complain, and they were great about it. Handled it immediately and it was quiet for the rest of the night. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was quiet, clean , excellent staff. The ocean was beautiful, swimming pools were clean. However need improvement on night entertainments. It was boring not like other all inclusive resorts.

Staff at the hotel was a major factor for our plans of returning. This was one of the only resorts I can say that the staff at the front desk were personable , helpful and courteous. Never had any issues with excessive noise at night. Grounds were always clean. If I had to complain about something, it would be the lack of outlets in the rooms.

Exceeded all of my expectations! The staff was top notch, every single person. The food was amazing, th facility beautiful and the view from the moment we walked in the front door…utterly breathtaking.
