The stay was good but we booked transportation from and to the airport but unfortunately it didn’t show and w had a bad experience to get a taxi and paid extra charges which w shouldn’t have paid

The absolute best thing about this property is the staff. They are fabulous - beautifully trained, thoughtful, kind, engaging, helpful and charming. No matter which department, they cannot do enough for the guests. The property itself is a little dated and a little noisy but after one has been there for about two hours, one no longer notices. This is an unbelievably well run and well organized property.

We enjoyed our two-week stay. We had a 10 month old so it was nice to be at an all-inclusive so we could try to keep her on a schedule. The beach and pools were great. Food was mostly good! The ice cream in the Italian restaurant was my favourite!!
