Amazing place to stay at with everything included.Only thing I would say for anyone staying here is to bring your own like sunscreen for example because in the US it’s like $4 but here was $30.

Same old food, no variety food was nasty. Staff not helpful, when help needed they look other way, like they do not see you. Gym needs 24 hrs to be open. Not that much walking around the sea. When asked for a drink they keep sending you back and forth, like come on. Took forever to get me hot water, when I was done with dinner. The lunch area is horrible, food gets soggy cause of the outside air. I can go on more but this is enough for now. Horrible review for you guys because I have stayed @ RIU Pacifico, Palace, and Vallarta and the are way better, amazing and staff humble just cool like they your family.

Everything was FABULOUS. From the food to the drinks to the entertainment. The resort is suitable for all ages and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful even if there is a language barrier. WE WILL BE BACK .
