I think the one thing about this is that upon arrival we had to pay a $5 fee for everyday stayed and for an all Inclusive I would’ve assumed that it would’ve been included in the price. That would be the only thing that would’ve been appreciated to know upon arrival .

Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Rooms are clean and spacious. But No real entertainment and not much of a beach to swim on. Food and drinks were horrible. I did manage to find a mixed fish stirfry made on the grill. I ate the same thing for 4 nights! Don't get fooled into doing the presentation. It's a waste of time!

We got a good experience, since we got there they let us checking early since our flight got there at 11am, the staff was great. Dalay in Las Fuentes Restaurant was awsome, also the girl at the Kid’s area was great with my kids. And also Alejandra from sales too. Overall a good experience the only thing I think they need to improve is the food is not bad but it could be way better. But we definitely will be back

During the entire stay, 1 of the 4 elevators was not working. The power went out twice, the first time it took a couple of hours to come back, during this time the elevators did not work, and the hotel only has emergency/service stairs, which have the service elevator and many times it was difficult to get through since the cleaning carts were there to move between floors. The next day the power went out again but now because of the hours, that meant that the rooms were left without water and air conditioning, the room was quite hot, and again going up to the room was too complicated due to the service stairs. The beach has no shade during the day, there are no palapas or umbrellas to spend time there, which prevents small children from enjoying the sand.

I heard this hotel is old and it was rundown. I will never stay there again and never get an all inclusive. I went out for dinner because there were no good options for dinner at all.

A few things to take into consideration the staff is very nice however the food was not good at all and very limited. The food at the Rosemarius was disgusting more of a salad bar buffet no sides, la fuentes buffet which is available most of the time was not good except for Mondays which is Mexican night. Breakfast at la fuentes is okay, the sopes the lady makes are amazing. But the snack bar is gross pizza, hot dogs, and burgers were gross. Alcohol? Super water down, I drank all day and never felt a thing. The entertainment was okay, shows only last 20 minutes. The fantasy show was really good, the pool entertainment was poor, I paid $400 more to switch from GR solaris thinking the Royal would be better and it was not! The kids club was okay, very basic. But they tried. The hurricane passed while we were there and the entire hotel was leaky everywhere, my kids actually slipped in the lobby because of it! Leaky hallways, our rooms got wet from the rain. The staff at the entrance just spends all day harrasing people to do their member plan. Beach Access is HORRIBLE, super rocky. I saw all this when I booked it in the reviews and I ignored the reviews, I should have believed everyone. I was so happy to go home, I will not come back to this hotel.

They should let people know that they can't go to the beach because they are huge rocks blocking you to enter the water . I came here to enjoy the see and going in the water,I was very disappointed.

too many children running around the bar area, taking up space in the bar area, taking up space in the pool bar area.Not enough shaded areas with seating for older people. Pool not accessible for seniors, no hand rails, Rooms plumbing issues, unplug the vent so water drains from sinks and toilet flushes, had to figure out myself how to adjust t-stat, maint, were clueless. Buffet very poor choice from day to day.
