Staying at an all-inclusive Hilton in Cancun was the worst experience. Except for the buffet, all the restaurants required reservations, and you could only book one restaurant for dinner per day. Even though it was an all-inclusive, I was constantly hungry. For someone like me who doesn’t drink alcohol, this was a nightmare. If you’re okay with filling up on alcohol, it might be fine, but otherwise, it’s terrible. The food at the restaurants was worse than street food, and everything was excessively salty. They added so much salt that it made my mouth feel bitter—I even wondered if they did it on purpose to stop people from eating more. I booked the best room available, expecting a great experience during my 4-night stay, but I deeply regret it. If you’re considering staying at Hilton, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Hilton is a waste of time and money. This was such a disappointing experience, and I will never return. Writing this review is the only way to express how frustrated I feel.

Hilton Cancun is safe, clean, very new, in a great location by the beach, spacious rooms, reasonable price, lots of food choice, friendly staff. Overall a great resort. Area needs improvement is daily room cleaning service a little too slow, somedays are hard to make reservations for some restaurants.

I travelled with my 11-year-old. This is our 4th trip in Cancun and the first in Hilton. We enjoyed our stay, still it did not seem there was a lot we could do inside the hotel. It rained a couple days, and the game room, which had a few things was packed. The restaurants we good, but not great. The Italian restaurant " La Luce" had some good steaks, fillet mignon was good, small portion 6 oz, but the prawn was delicious. You might order more than one dish, jus in case. Do not order pasta or pizza in there, because it's far from good."Flama" restaurant was subpar. Food - seafood, was overcooked and salty. The Hibachi was decent at the Korean restaurant." Noriku" The Brazilian steak restaurant " Vella" was not bad, but not many options and steak was often served medium rare, regardless of me asking for just medium. Somehow buffet had some good options. You can always try the Mexican restaurant, as that's what you should never avoid being in Mexico. The people - animators in the pool tried to keep people engaged, but they were mostly louder than I, or most people would have preferred. The beach was nice and a good escape from the pool noise, but you have to get up early to have your chair secured. On the positive side, all drinks were original and not iced as you typically get in all-inclusive hotels. Ramses- the bartender in main lobby- can get you the best cocktails you will think off. He is very entertaining too. Overall was a good break from routine.

Noe was phenomenal in the cafeteria. He was always inviting and gave us great ideas on what to do nerby, when we asked. He seemed like he had been working there for years, but it had only been months. Himself alone gave such customer survice to want to go back. Food overall was incredible.

We stayed at the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort for six nights over the holiday period, including New Year's, with our family of four (two adults and two toddlers). The resort is excellent for families, offering a kids' club, splash pool, and play area, plus a beautiful beach where our kids had a blast. When we arrived, the resort was busy due to the holiday season, which impacted service levels—room service and other amenities were slower than expected. However, as the crowds thinned, the experience significantly improved. Throughout our stay, we felt the resort offered great value, with high-quality facilities, beaches, and food.

Beau site, propre et grand .bonne nourriture ( Les tacos!!! Un must) , plage permettant longue marche. Site tranquille et parfait pour vacances de couple ou en famille. Les piscines sont WOW. Beaucoup de Jacuzzis qui ont vu Sur mer. Jai moins aimé le fait que certaines zone sont réservées seulement pour ceux ayant pris un forfait exorbitant. Nous Avons quand même déboursé 13 000$ pour une semaine, 2 adultes,2 enfants. Je le recommande et jy retournerais.

We stayed for 4 days and the food and cleanliness varied from day to day. Most days the food was very good for an all inclusive resort. The bathrooms, rooms, restaurants were very clean. They could do a little more picking up room service trays and empty drink cups that could be left around. Most servers were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay but beware there are a ton of small children in early January.

So we booked a room (2 queen, enclave, ground floor, beachfront ). This is for a family of 4. This was booked and paid for MONTHS in advance. When we arrived at the resort, they said they don’t have the room available for the FIRST 2 NIGHTS (which is half of our stay). The person at the front desk just said "Sorry, your room is not available for the first 2 nights", and she had ZERO empathy. The first 2.5 days we were stuck in a room in the back of the resort with only ONE bed for FOUR PEOPLE. They didn't even tell us at the desk that there would only be ONE bed in the room. After begging and pleading, they gave us roll away beds but it took 2-3 hours and 4 trips to the front desk to get these and my kids didn’t have their beds until almost 1 am. The room was then packed like sardines with zero room to walk around, but it was better than only having 1 bed. This has eroded my trust in Hilton and Expedia. This has really soured my experience on Hilton and this property. In my opinion, if they didn’t have the room we booked they should have given us an upgrade right away. I also think there should be some reimbursement for the first 2 nights where we had a much worse room that we paid for. Expedia reached out to the hotel 2 days ago and still no response. When we complained about being stuck in that room, we were told "this happens all the time". How can anyone trust a reservation at this resort??

It was a lovelyl property. Very safe, people were friendly. Not a rowdy crowd. We went during the holidays so there were long lines for the restuarant, and many times we couldn't get into the popular ones.
