My family and I recently visited this resort (Sunday 5/11 through Thursday 5/15) Overall I would give this resort 3.5 to 4 stars. I say that because the only other All Inclusive (AI) resort I have been to was in Cabo during COVID and it was just my husband and I then. CHECK IN/OUT: We upgraded to Enclave and check-in was a literal breeze. We were greeted upon arrival with scented, cool towels to freshen up after traveling. Our bags were left with the concierges outside, and we were escorted to the Enclave check-in area. We were told our room was not yet ready (we got there around 230pm) and were ushered into the Enclave lounge. This area is SMALL! There is a small bartop that fits about 6 chairs, a small couch, and a few small tables with a private area you can

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. There were plenty of dining options, nightly entertainment, and daytime activities. Every dining facility asked if you had food allergies before they seated you, and had plenty of gluten-free and vegan options.
