I love absolutely everything about this resort. Pictures and reviews do not do this place justice. The place is kept super clean. Nothing to complain about. Cleaners come in everyday to clean even without request. The food is great. Great views from every room on the resort. I personally had the ocean front view but there are absolutely no bad views in the resort. You are either looking at the ocean or looking at the gorgeous view of the pool. All rooms have a balcony/ terrace as well. the location is also 15 mins away from the airport.

They tried to tell me they didn’t I have the room I booked had to escalate it to a supervisor then they came up with the room somehow. The room was really dirty when we first checked in dead spiders, cockroaches, hair, and dust everywhere. Limited dining and about half of the hotel staff were friendly the other half seemed to not like their job service around the pools was terrible. The room was very hot even with the ac on its lowest setting no ceiling fans and no portable fans the hotel had to bring us. Resort was alright, food was ok, but the splash pad was pretty cool. Next time we will go somewhere else, wasn’t to thrilled about our stay.

Stayed there 8/5-8/10. Food- Hibachi Restaurant was EXCELLENT. A MUST if you go. Maxal was good, but they gave us a 10:30pm reservation (fine it is what it is), but were rushing us out, and eagerly taking food away that we weren't finished with yet. Why give us that time slot and rush us out by 11pm? La Luce was very good. Didn't do the steakhouse. The buffet was very lacking Cleanliness - Its good overall. I found in some areas like there was a mildew scent.....the wash cloths they use sometimes to wipe down areas were causing this - especially around some parts of the food areas. Tipping - I tipped with Canadian $5's and up (I'm from Canada) and they were very happy with that. But no one was tipping at all pretty much from what I observed. Entertainment - Your typical resort fare, fire show, circus, Wonderland party - all very family oriented and pretty much ends around 11pm. Room- I succumbed at check-in and upgraded to Enclave. $90 USD extra. Not worth it in my view...I was on the 2nd floor, with just a Juliet balcony. The only advantages I'd say is you to hear/see the ocean up front (more on that below) and Enclave allows you to book reservations anytime, instantly with a private staff member- and you can book for large groups (which we were of 25 people). Beach - Sea weed everywhere. I don't blame the resort, they do their best to clean but its just too much. And yes it does smell bad. Staff- The ladies at the buffet were rude and unpleasant.

I'd like to give 4.5☆. Some services was ok and others were great. I upgraded my room to Enclave Ocean front which was amazing views. However, there were lots of dust under sink and heading board in the room. My guess is maybe the room was empty for awhile. Foods were good so far except for Italian restaurant that took too long. Also, most of dining restaurants have a small serving. So, if you have big stomach you should order double:))

Property was nice, great staff, food was great but 7 days felt too much to be there. Buffet has everything you want, just we get bored as a couple, not to take away from the options. Nowhere to walk to which was a bit boring for us but we never do all inclusive - us problem - not a resort problem. Mexican restaurant was the best (mexal) and Ivan was excellent, would highly recommend! Overall, worth it but August the sargassum was knee high so keep that in mind. Hilton does try to get ahead of it, but it truly is impossible
