Over all everything was good, the only down side the Italian restaurant service was disappointing we waited 45 min for the food and we just had to leave. they shouldn't take reservation if they are not prepared.

Tuvimos una experiencia extraordinaria. La comida fue buenísima, las actividades y el aérea de niños excelente. La calidad y variedad de comida y bebidas fue simplemente perfecta!!!!!!!! Ahora bien cuando tuvieron actividad en el roof el ruido fue muchísimo y viajando con dos niños el ruido en nuestro cuarto era demasiado. Otro aspecto que podrían hacer mejor son los salvavidas. Tienes un buen sistema de usarlos con tu pulsera y volverlos a devolver. Desafortunadamente las piscinas son muy profundas para niños y solo había un solo salvavidas pequeño, el cual nunca devolvían. Fuera de esos dos aspectos fue exactamente lo q buscábamos! Un destino espectacular

Pros…This hotel offers several pools so they didn’t feel overcrowded. The staff around the pool area consistently checked to make sure we were okay and to see if there was anything we needed. Most of the hotel staff was very friendly. Cons…we paid for the Enclave upgrade beginning the second day of our stay, it was NOT worth the price, we really could have stayed in our first room. After we got the “upgraded” room, I went to try to take a bath, when I sat in the tub I got a huge cur from the tub being cracked (I hadn’t seen it prior to getting in). Secondly, while we were in the “upgraded” Enclave room a terrible stench appeared the day after it rained—it smelled like sewer. The maintenance guy came to try to resolve the issue. Although the smell initially went away, it returned the next day. That ordeal was quite frustrating. What was even more frustrating was that when we checked out of the hotel and I told them, they did nothing…I would have expected to talk to a manager, but that option wasn’t offered to me. They said they would see if a manager wanted to call me to discuss the issue. If they will call remains to be seen, but it seems like it would have made a lot more sense to have a manager talk to me while I was there in person. Disappointing. If it were not for me getting cut on the tub and the horrible smell in our room, I think I would have enjoyed my stay. I was with a party of 7 other people and everyone else enjoyed it. Sad thing is it was my birthday trip.

I left my glasses case at the restroom and was able to get it back and had money on it! The staff was amazing and very attentive. The activities of the hotel and shows were amazing. The food choices were amazing especially if you are enclaved the seafood is fresh and delicious.

Amenidades y habitaciones muy buenas. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias. Lo único que dejó un poco que desear es la comida en el restaurante mexicano y un poco en el buffet, no por la variedad sino por la frescura o calidad. Pero sin duda lo que se lleva todo es el restaurante Flama y el Rodizio, muy buenas carnes.

Nice hotel, great facilities: modern and clean. They offer several snack and drink areas. The most of the personnel was very polite and willing to help however there were some which not and that is what makes the stay to be good and not excellent. It would be great if they could change the breakfast menu at least once or twice a week. Good quality of the buffet (not great but is not bad either), The food in the specialty restaurants is good however the personnel needs more customer service focus. I would come back to this hotel however I would check for other options also.

Gorgeous oceanfront rooms in Enclave. Large balconies facing the ocean. Housekeeping staff is outstanding. Well-stocked fridge in room. Numerous pools, all very clean. Lots of fun, daytime activities (cooking classes, water aerobics, dancing, etc.). Evening shows were mediocre, except for the fire show which was fantastic. Loved the coffe bar/ice cream/snack area. Restaurants were all good.

Nice property. Booked again, because the first time (11/2023) was a very nice experience, food was great. However, this time around, food was mediocre, rooms are extremely hot, AC can't be adjusted below 20* Celsious. Property is clean at all times, customer service great, but food is not up to par with their prices.Karen at the coffee shop had an attitude over providing service.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing one week stay. Great resort for families with young kids. Tons of activities and nightly entertainment. Bonus was that they have photographers on site that can easily schedule family photo shoots
