I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort to celebrate my birthday, and it was truly an experience to remember! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so special — warm smiles, personalized service, and thoughtful touches that made the trip unforgettable. The food was incredible, with so many options and flavors that impressed me every day. The drinks were top-notch, and the bartenders went above and beyond to make sure every cocktail was perfect. The resort was beautifully maintained — clean rooms, gorgeous views, and relaxing pools that made it hard to leave. What made it even more special was how the team went out of their way to celebrate my birthday — from a surprise dessert to cheerful greetings throughout the day. It truly felt like paradise. Very nice and modern hotel with very pleasant staff. The beach was magnificent and a major highlight. The food was ok - cooked too oily, sometimes lacked taste and some restaurants served cold food. Overall, the breakfast was nice but the food generally was mediocre, nothing to rave about. The best was the steakhouse. If I visit Cancun again, i’ll try another hotel. However, overall, beautiful hotel aesthetically.

I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at your resort, with the hope that future guests and the management team will take my feedback into consideration. First, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my visit. The facilities at the resort are truly commendable, and the staff throughout the property were consistently helpful and courteous. I especially want to highlight the restaurant Hacienda, where Chef Manuel and his team delivered an exceptional dining experience. Their service and culinary skills were a definite highlight of my stay. However, I must express my disappointment with the quality of food offered at the other dining venues within the resort. Unfortunately, the other restaurants did not meet the standards set by Hacienda. Additionally, the buffet was particularly unsatisfactory and did not reflect the high-quality experience one might expect. Another concern I encountered revolves around the stratification of services offered by the resort. It seems there are two distinct levels of service: the standard “bad” experience, which includes the aforementioned issues, and a “super bad” tier, which requires guests to pay extra in hopes of receiving better comfort and higher-quality beverages. Regrettably, from my perspective, the upgrade did not justify the additional expense, as the overall quality remained lacking. In conclusion, think before you book into this place

Property is beautiful. Staff is amazing! Beach was beautiful. Entertainment is great. Sandra our was amazing! The only complaint from this hotel is the food. It is very very poor quality. We paid for Diamond Club thinking we would get better, but it was not. We tried all of the restaurants. The Italian place was edible. The buffet had a lot of choices, but food was cold. Lunch was just put out and it should have been warm. For breakfast, the bacon was sitting in a pool of grease.

This was my third time here and it’s always a great time! I love how even though it’s a small resort you have plenty of options for things to do and food! The food is also always really good, the 24/7 room service is really nice. I think the only real complaint I have is there’s not a lot of seating around the pool or the beach unless you’re Dimond Club, it would be nice to see more chairs or something for us who don’t really want to pay to upgrade to Diamond Club. We would also love to shoutout Danny, he put together multiple beach volleyball games and was so friendly and we had a great time.

I went with my friend for my 51st birthday. The staff celebrated me everyday! Cake in the room, decorations, it was amazing! The beach is beautiful, the pools are great, the spa was amazing! Thank you Ashanti for my amazing massage! So much fun on level 18 getting a cabana! Also in every restaurant the food and staff made the evening.

there was an odor in the hallway and going into our room, i believe because the air conditioning was off in the hallway so thats where the smell was coming from. one time for dinner i ordered a tiramisu cake as it was listed on the menu, and they brought a cookie with whip cream on it. the pasta wasnt cooked good either. i did like the burgers at the sports bar. overall it wasnt bad, and the beach has the most amazing water so to me that was very important as i love swimming

i loved it here , the butler was lacking , had to ask for decorations for room after they kept askimg what i was celebrating, Esteban and Genesis were great! The rooms were clean and the food was great to me! And i know flavorrrr! The halls were LOUD with cleaning every morning smh. The people on the property kept trying to sell stuff ALL DAY LONG even at dinner smh, annoying . The diamond club was worth it! I was tearing it uppppp ! The food , liq very good. I didnt like that they kept saying the restaurants were booked etc if i needed to change my time because every place we went was almost empty. The steakhouse, Sportsbar and main buffet were the best, especially during NFL season! Elevators were slowww! Had a great time! Ill be back!

Staff was nice. Resort presented very well. Our floor within the resort and room did have a “poop/sewer” smell that lingered the entire stay. The smell was not in other floors or areas or the resort. The food was decent and drinks were ok.
