I didn’t like that one of my friends got food poisoning our second night there. It must’ve been from improper handling of food. The caulking in my room looked terrible. The music every night is just for a specific people. No Mexican music was ever played. I liked that the cleaning staff was nice.

The wait for the elevators sucked every time. It took soooo long. Also the nightly and daily music was the same playlist or very similar playlists and not enough Latino music if any at all. But the staff was great and very friendly and helpful. And the shower was hot- though it did take 3 days to figure it out.

The property was very clean, they came to the rooms each day we were there. The room service was amazing. The check in/out process was smooth. The spa facility was a fave! I recommend trying the Therapeutic massage, ask for Elizabeth or Rubi. The area around the property was nice as well. Everything off the resort is just 10 min walk away. Everything stays open late (4am) for those who are having a blast.
