This resort will start losing customers. I stayed at this resort last year 2023 and the resort had many fun activities day and night. The restaurants were always open and allowed walk ins. Now visiting for the 2nd time I was expecting the same thing, it was a big disappointment….. majority of the restaurants were not open everyday and in order to eat u need to make a reservation in advance. If u don’t have a reservation they turn u around and let u starve. The bars also close super early. I spent all this money to not have all inclusive??? Also the resort had no fun activities or night life for it to be an adults only resort. Don’t waste ur money going here. I will not return

The food some of the resort's restaurants was terrible. The Asian, Italian and the Steak place the food was tasteless and badly prepared. I enjoyed the breakfast buffer and the Sky Restaurant was superb.

Everything was perfect from the first day we entered the hotel being served very tasty herbal tea to the room with great view and very clean beds, even the smell everywhere was amazing. The staff was helpful and polite and everything was on time. I liked the buffet options they have from different meats to salads, friuts, and desserts. We ordered room service and everything came quickly and fresh. I really recommend this resort for everyone that is looking to have fun and have ana amazing experience overall.
