I enjoyed my stay here the weather was lovely and so were the Margaritas. The pools were nice and although not heated they became my friend in the heat of the day. My room was large and the bed very comfortable. The housekeeper came later in the day when I would like to have had a shower and relax before the evening. The used face clothes would be removed but not replaced. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating. The room outlets were loose and you had to wiggle the plugs to get them to connect My biggest peeve was they have an online directory so u can book the restaurants, look at the menus, see what entertainment was available, also a map of sorts. However the menus were outdated, the room service section didn’t work, the maintenance section didn’t work. After trying to use the room service section on the directory I discovered it didn’t work. So calling the front desk (no room service button on the phone) no one answered or if they did they answer they transferred the call and the phone wasn’t answered by room service or dropped them had to call back to the front desk. This was very frustrating and annoying. I think this resort needs some updating

Shower head was not good, only one lamp worked, and the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. Requested a robe and dental kit on the first day and never got them. Room service was not available 24/7 as advertised. Got overcharged by $145 USD for spa treatments upon checkout (calling today to find out why this happened) pedicure from spa was not worth the price. Staff was nice enough and overall the stay was ok, but by far not a resort I’ll be bragging about or highly recommending.

We've had an amazing week here. It's a smaller place so it's friendly and intimate. Location is right in the middle of the long beach where you can walk for hours without coming to private access only. Water is a bit rough this time of year but as it's cooler you don't need to jump in often to cool off. The wait-staff is attentive and polite and always smiling. Have liked the various choices at the buffet (especially the heaping mound of guacamole at lunch!), and really loved the steakhouse. Tons of beach chairs and waiters constantly around also. Kinda wish we would've done the tour of the Elite offerings at the start of the week to get the great freebies and upgraded wristband status-next time!

**Review of Sandos Cancun** I recently stayed at Sandos Cancun with my family of eight, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had anticipated. The images presented online are misleading; the resort does not have a bar by the pool, which meant we had to trek a considerable distance for drinks. The service was disappointing throughout our stay. Despite having made reservations for dinner, we were informed that there was no table available for our group. On another occasion, we booked a table at a different restaurant, only to be told that our reservation was for six people instead of eight. When we asked for clarification, the host's response was frustratingly unhelpful, leaving us scrambling to remember the name under which we made the reservation. To make matters worse, the food quality was subpar, with only three restaurant options available. Even during our dining experiences, the waitstaff were scarce and often took a long time to attend to us, sometimes arriving every 20 minutes. The only positive aspect of our visit was the clear water, which was refreshing. However, I cannot recommend Sandos Cancun based on our experience. I typically refrain from voicing complaints, but this trip was, regrettably, worse than expected, and I have no plans to return. Not worth the money trust me!!!!!

It was a very good place, but I am tired of them, so that ties in with my review... not going to go to an all-inclusive. The place is great, and suits people who like that sort of thing. Everywhere I went the people around me were top-notch.

This property has a 4.2 star rating, I would give it an overall solid 2.7. The buffet is just ok. Not appealing enough. Nothin grilled is offered, most are stews or rice salads. Only 2 of the restaurants are decent (Japanese and Italian). Must make reservations in advance as it’s hard to come by. Not sure why as with each dining experience at least a quarter or more of the seats were empty. The pool, room and building overall looks outdated and needs renovations. Front desk didn’t explain VIP status or perks. I accidentally found I’m out. Our mattress had big rips on either side on the bottom of the bed. The furniture was old and rusty or chipping.

Abrajam, Alex, Charlie, Dana, GARIELLE and Giselle. Have been incredible service, experience and so much fun! Everyday has been full of energy and pumping up the vibes!
