Good property- a little outdated but had amazing food options and the helpful staff made it amazing! However, room service ends at 10 and all facilities close at midnight. So this space is not for night owls, also the pool and beach area were crowded. But the beach was clean. Overall, I enjoyed my stay

This hotel needs a lot of updating, the pool area is very outdated and basic. The bedroom part of the room was nice, the ocean view was amazing. The shower was very outdated and so was the furniture in the room. Jorge was an amazing bartender at the La Barra, he made our stay fun and worthwhile.

It was my Birthday celebration vacation with my husband. We booked ocean view room that was the best room ever with a huge balcony, clean and bright, you wake up and see sunrise and blue waves. Food was ok, many choices. Beach was awesome, just not enough chairs to tan. The things I didn't like: cockroaches were present, almost every day had to kill 1 or 2 with my flip flops. Before booking I saw this problem was mention in previous reviews, was hoping the rooms will be treated but nope. Bathroom needs update, mirror rusted, counter top looks ugly, you can't get normal shower after beach before dinner there poor water pressure. Not sure if I would want to return again to this hotel, like to explore new places.

Transportation from the airport was very confusing, we booked flight the Nite before, never been to Cancun. Recommend all travel sites explain that situation. we did get an email about transport, however was not outside of the 24 hours before our flight.

Wait time for food was about 1-2 hours to then eat some disgusting food in the resort had to go out my way to find good tasting food gifts shop in the resort are over pricing you for lil souvenirs and the pick up with mts my flight was change and they did not help with changing time for departure of the flight …. The hotel is not bad. The more of the staff is good. But the more of them do not speak English. The Food has taste snd desserts are awesome but The biggest problem is noise to midnights and the problem with hygiene or poisened food. All of my family got sickness with vomiting, diarrhea and rashes. I sow a couple other kids and adults to vomiting in the loby and restrooms. So be careful.

Loved food choices. Great people- service. My family and friends loved it. It isbeing upgraded on the 12 floor. This is not new facility but still good for me and my family. Soccer field and tennis court need immidate attention- not usable at this time. If not for this I would highly recommand Seadust.
