We loved Secrets the Vine. Our only real downside was as soon as we checked in they wanted to talk to us about booking a timeshare presentation. We just thought we booked a hotel stay, had no intentions to get sold on something else.

The room was huge and clean, i loved the bottle of wine waiting for us. I had notified the hotel a head of time that it was my wifes Birthday and asked for a sash for the door i never received it. The VIP isnt worth it you dont get a lot of extra. I did use the spa services and they were 5 starts for sure!! I did not like that as a VIP customer i had to check in near a very noisey open lounge where people weree congregating to have their VIP snacks. It was way too noisey hard to hear the instructions while checking in. The pools where clean the lounge areas were nice.

I love this place very clean and nice. Highly recommend. My only issue i ordered lobster through room service which was a up charge. They never bought up my lobster and never called to verify. My husband called downstairs twice to to see what was the hold up know one said anything. Needless to say husband received his food and i didn't. I was pissed after waiting over 1hr and now had to wait again.

Our stay was truly amazing, and we felt so well taken care of the entire time. A few people especially stood out to us: Angel (Entertainment): Fun, so sweet, and incredibly talented at everything he did. He made us feel so welcome—we absolutely loved him. Oscar (Concierge): Truly an angel! He went above and beyond to take care of us, and it’s clear he loves what he does. Cesar (Market Place): Fantastic service and always so attentive. Juan (Pool Server): Made sure we never went without and kept everything perfect by the pool. Jonathan (Bartender): Hilarious and made our experience at the bar so fun. Jonathan (Entertainment): So sweet and helpful—we really appreciated his warmth. Javier (Preferred Bar): So nice, offered us tequila samples, crafted amazing drinks, and was such a pleasure to talk to. Our stay was blissful. The food was consistently delicious, the drinks were amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the pools and property were so clean and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Bartenders were awsome waiters at the restaurant were very professional and polite . The women in the gift shop had attitude also the coffe shop they would stand around and talk and help out the staff before customer. The wall next to my room was an aces to pipes but it was just tilted to keep upright exposed pipes just hated looking at it brought it to there attention dint fix problem
