Great Stay Again!
Enjoyed stay once again! Sensira is so secluded, relaxful, & great for families. It is now the down season, yet the staff is extremely helpful & kind. The scents of the lobby & other areas of the resort put you at peace. The view is beautiful & the many pools make the complex easy to navigate. It is safe & easy to keep track of your children. There are so many cool hidden spaces along with bars that need to be used more. Only disappointment was not having the dinner buffet open. The restaurants are good, but the choices in the past of the dinner buffet was amazing. Staff were extremely helpful & kind helping my family celebrate our wedding anniversary.

I had a a surgical procedure during my stay. The butler and conceriege staff went above and beyond to bring several of the nightly dinner experiences to me since I was unable to get out. In addition the staff went above and beyond just going the extra mile in order for me to enjoy my stay.

The beach was unfortunately full of seaweed. However the property was filled with amazing amenities, amazing staff and clean! Highly recommend if you are travelling with children!

We recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite enjoyable for the kids, with a decent amount of activities for all ages. However, we were disappointed with the dining experience. The food quality was not great, and the restaurant often ran out of items, regardless of the time of day. Despite the first-come, first-served policy, we noticed that others were allowed in before us on multiple occasions. Additionally, the food was frequently cold, which was quite frustrating. Improvements in the dining service would make a big difference.

El Hotel es excelente para ir con la familia especialmente si son niños pequeños. Fui con mi esposa e hija de 5 años y la pasamos espectacular. Las opciones para la niña desde la piscina, Club Kid’s, Trampolín, Cine, área de video juegos, etcétera…. muchas opciones para que se divertirá en lo que Yo me relajaba en la piscina. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y muy limpias, el room service aunque tardaba de 45 a 55 minutos era excelente. El staff del hotel de todas sus facilidades son excelentes siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier petición o servicio que necesitarás. Las comidas del bufete y los restaurantes son muy buenas también tienen una buena variedad. En overall es una execelete opción para pasar unos dos con la familia en un ambiente bien familiar, tranquilo y seguro. Definitivamente si vuelvo a Cancún será mi primera opción. Muchas gracias a todo el staff por hacer de nuestras vacaciones una buena experiencia.

BEWARE OF FOOD POISONING!! We recently stayed at Sensira and it was extremely unfortunate that most of our group did not get to enjoy our vacation. Out of 21 of us, 11 of us (including children), got extremely sick. Symptoms included throwing up numerous times and diarrhea for days. We had pre-booked a non-refundable excursion to Xplor that some of the group had to miss out on because they were so sick. We have traveled to Cancun and other parts of Mexico a dozen times and have never experienced something like this before. This is a clear representation of how their food handling has to be extremely unsanitary if these many of us got sick! The buffet had many food items not kept at proper temperatures and I am sure this where we most likely ate food that made us sick. Also, the main lobby, buffet and the kid entertainment area were extremely HUMID and HOT. If felt as if they had no AC. One of days it rained, they had leaks and wet spots all over the ceilings. I can only imagine the amount of MOLD they have build up. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! DO NOT STAY HERE!
