For a 4 star hotel, it does not live up to that standard. We had an ocean view, king size bed suite with a jacuzzi. View was very nice. Bed was spacious but was had small bits of dust, dirt, and dead flies on it when we arrived. Blinds also had dead bugs. Blinds were very effective at blocking the morning sun which was nice. Jacuzzi would blast out chunks of plastic/plaster whenever the jets were turned on so we didn’t use it. The room came with a fridge and a safe; we never received instructions on how to use the safe (despite asking over the phone and in person) and the fridge wouldn't turn on. We also asked to have the fridge fixed/get a new one, which they addressed the same day. Floor was made of large 30×30 cm tiles, which were nice and cool, but one of the tiles had a large crack in it that caused it to lift constantly when we walked on it. Overall our stay was ok, but everything was a bit dirtier than expected.
