Bar tenders seem to have their favorites and will skip over you. I was a tipper the entire time and still felt slighted everywhere accept the sky bar. Dinner could have been better. Tried everyday to get into She. Finally got in last night. Food was mediocre the show was less than mediocre and there was four empty booths. This was my second time visiting and overall it was subpar compared to my first visit. My room and rooming staff were excellent I tipped her as well. I’ll return a third time but if it’s like this second time that third will be my last ✊

Terrible terrible rooms, restaurants, at one of the restaurants it was like a sauna, NO AC AT ALL, found a big bug/roach in our room. Just over all bad experience st the hotel. Poor poor cheap hotel, indefinite need of a makeover.

They offered a room up grade. They DIDNT tell me till after i paid 1200 for the room up grade that i would have to do time share tour that would take a few hrs. After i refused they charged me full price on the room. They forced me the full price by taking my passports and chaging my card. I literally was scared for my life. This happened right at check out when that i paid full price. I will never step a foot in that hotel again. They are scam arrests. They will do anything to get money be careful.!!!!!
