We had an amazing stay. The staff were very friendly, the room were very clean. Food was delicious, i cant said anything bad about it. The restaurant was a 5 star. The entertainers were great perfumer. We had a blast we wish we coud have stay for more days. This was then first time that we stay here, but we will definitely come back. The bar tender were on point with the drinks. The waiter and waitress were great too. All the employees make this place a great place to stay. Eveyone around the hotel were very respecfull.

My recent stay at Temptation Cancun Resort left much to be desired. I reached out multiple times to address serious issues, including food poisoning that required hospital treatment and black mold in the shower of our room. Despite these urgent concerns, I’ve received zero response from management. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a resort that markets itself as a luxury, fun-focused getaway. The experience left me feeling disregarded and frustrated. I would not recommend Temptation if you’re looking for a place that values guest safety and well-being.
