This is our favorite resort. Service is always top notch and the crowd is always a great time. We got a free upgrade for being Expedia members and the front desk staff was amazing

Literally the best time, I just booked a trip back for my birthday. The only hiccup is the rooms curtains system has its own brain. Food, entertainment and service were great.

Best part by far are the serving staff (waiters/ waitresses/ bartenders). The building and facilities need a lot of repairs. It rained while we were there and many of the areas became flooded and the ceilings were dripping water. Check in process is horrible...they have you speak with a sales rep after you have already spent 10-15 minutes checking in. They offer a free gift (i.e. massages or a steak dinner for example) if you schedule an appointment to listen to their sales pitch, no purchase required. We have never received the free gifts, and the first time we spent over 2 hours with a rep before declining. The drinks tasted like they used watered down liquor.

I love the overall atmosphere at Temptations but I did not care for the room we had. I booked this hotel for a birthday celebration. The jacuzzi plush honeymoon suite. You can tell it wasn’t the newest part of the property. I’ve paid less for better looking accommodations. Rust around areas where water sat in the shower & that just made it look very dingy & dirty. We did not use the jacuzzi because the jets were super yellow. We pretty much spent most of our time outside of the room. The food isn’t anything to brag about. The service was horrible compared to all of my other trips to Mexico. The bartenders did not want to serve us a specific type of alcohol said it was only for members. I can tell if you’re a member they treat you better & even place you in the newer part of the hotel according to one of the salesman who sells the timeshare packages. I wouldn’t go back or purchase the time share they offered based off my experience. Love the different theme nights & music they played. Met a lot of great individuals. Rooms & service 5/10

I liked the design of the property and how courteous the staff was. There were several dining options, so there was always something new to try. The resort was close to stores for shopping, and had easy access to excursions. It felt like the employees really cared about our safety and well-being. Opportunities for improvement include the pressure that staff has on to sell the timeshare/vacation club package. As soon as we checked in, we were greeted by an employee who wanted us to watch a presentation. We told her several times we were not interested, but she was very persistent and even called the room. I do believe if guests are not interested in vacation club or other additional programs, employees should not have to keep asking them about it. No means no. Also, I will add that I wish there was more diverse music. Music was mainly EDM at parties.
