The Property Location and All the Ammenties are great. What is Horrible is all the staff aside from the lobby. The only friendlyness we got was from the lobby. The bar tenders are rude, The staff all outdoors are rude ruds rude!

Me and my wife stayed five nights here for the first time. We stayed in the pyramid with the clear bracelet that allows access to everything. They did upgrade us to a larger room with two bathrooms with an ocean view, which was great! The room itself was clean, the only issues we had was with the a/c and shower drains not draining. Daily housekeeping was great and they stocked the mini fridges daily. The buffets are very limited and you need to make reservations to all the restaurants right away when you arrive. The dark experience restaurant was amazing, serving and eating in the dark is a must do! Now, if you want a lounge chair at any of the pools you will need to get there very early. What happens is there is a limited amount of chairs and people will leave their belonging on them all day and come and go throughout the entire day. You will not find one during the day. It's the same is true at the beach. Right now sea weed takes over the beach. The casino is awesome and is open into the early morning hours, the staff there is amazing. There is also nightly shows at the Kinky showroom at 10:00pm and all the performers are great! Overall, our experience was good. I was a little concerned about the reviews but I am glad we choose this place.

Rudest staff I’ve ever seen. Not one single person smiled or was friendly. On our last day there my son sliced his foot open in the pool on some of the broken tiles and we lost our whole last day because of it. This place needs some major renovations and maybe some people who actually seem like they don’t hate their life to work there.

The staff does not take care of the issues. Took 3 days to get a refrigerator that works. Asked for wash cloths never got them had to use towels to wash face. Didn’t have a place to make change for US dollars. The outside bars supposed to open at 11 they were never ready. No music at the main pools. No entertainment by the pool for children.other than the pool with college students and all you see is ass. Would not recommend this resort.

We spent a week at the resort and had a great stay. It’s in a convenient location and offers a wide variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. There’s plenty of entertainment and impressive shows throughout the resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the beach had strong waves that made swimming difficult. Our room was on the first floor, so the noise from guests kept us up at night. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend this resort to others.

Property is beautiful. Food was average at best. Only one beer option at the bars. Had to ask multiple times for towels and it took 24 hours to get them. Same with restocking the fridge in our room. I’d give it a 6 out of 10. Won’t stay again

When it comes to the food had only a couple of dining spot that had good food. Most restaurant lacked flavor. Our top as follow 1. Market Place 2. White Box 3. Sarrape. The hotel that we stayed at was amazing the rooms could had been better. Over all i would rate this a over all 4.5

Very nice hotel. Nice pools, rooms, activities, shows, all very good. Only thing is very less options for vegetarian people. Out of 100 items, only 2 vegetarian foods. Thats why very few tourists from Asian countries. They have huge tourist population. Hotel should work upon this.

Was afraid to come after seeing other reviews. But loved it when I stayed 20 years ago. I just got home today! Beyond love this resort! The food was amazing! We had the black wristband. The room was great, clean, beds were really comfy. Daily they restocked our fridge. I left my valuables out accidentally one day on my bed. Staff had it all on the night stand after they cleaned the room. Felt good to know you can trust the staff. I wish i could post pictures here of all the good food! Getting around was really easy by bus too, and affordable.
