We ate on the crappy buffet all the week just to find out that we could have eaten at a better buffet that way icluded. No one told us the buffets were different

Honestly an amazing resort for all ages , there is something to do for everyone. The casino was amazing , all the restaurants was amazing , there is a night club in the hotel which is amazing. The overall pyramid look of the hotel is absolutely stunning. Rooms clean , staff friendly. Only negative is the beach is rough and full of sea weed but the pools are amazing. I would recommend anyone to visit this hotel because there is something for everyone here.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The restaurants offered many choices, and the food was excellent. The pools were clean and well-maintained. The shows were professional and very entertaining. However, some appliances in the room were old and did not function well. The check-in and check-out staff were okay, but could have been more helpful and friendly.

This was an excellent vacation! So much to see and do at this hotel. The property is a huge resort and packed with activities. Wide variety of restaurants and pools. Live entertainment every night. Friendly staff, clean compound and lots of walking around. Beach front and a casino. Close to great shopping malls and night life. Really impressed and I will be back. I traveled for a family vacation with a 7 year old, 3 teenagers and 9 adults. There was something to keep everyone entertained for the entire week we were there. 5 stars!!

Check in process easy. But most of our rooms were with beadsheets dirty and bathrooms dirty. Food quality EXTREMELY POOR for the price of this hotel. Facilities are ok. Service almost inexistent in most parts of the hotel. This is my 7th time in less than 5 years staying between Rivuera Maya and Cancun. And this hotel has SO MUCH to improve, starting with their quality and service. No, this is not a "pay for what you get". This hotel is very expensive.
