Cleanliness is not their forte. Food was ok. Staff was very friendly and worst of all, their AC was not operating properly. Also let me say it again NO AC, most restaurants don’t have it. It’s insane not to be able to walk in somewhere and cool off. That alone had a huge effect on our experience. Also, it smells like sewage around some areas of the pool, that made me nervous. The AC in our room was also not working properly and no one ever came to fix it, I had to request new pillows because the ones that were there smelled like sweat. The only thing the cleaning girls did was make our bed and that is it, no sweeping, definitely no mopping or wiping anything down. I felt like I was complaining the entire time. I’m giving it 2 stars because there were some other areas of the hotel that were decent, maybe we just got the run down tower. I will not be staying here again.

Check in took way too long especially considering I had checked in on line. Despite this I waited about an hour in a line to finalize check in. The entire property was way too crowded for my liking and way too much party and drunken guests. Not my type of property to be truthful. I must say the final night at Restaurant Caryeyes was absolutely phenomenal in terms of food, and service and a great goodbye.

From check in it was a disaster... rude staff, gave us the wrong room then sent us to a room that had someone else in it. Had to call security to figure it out before we were actually able to unpack and settle down after a 4 hour flight...the bed was super uncomfortable, the food is ok, nothing to brag about. The electricity went out for a few hours so we had to leave and find shelter with air conditioning.... definitely wont be coming back here. We just wanted to enjoy our anniversary in peace....some staff was nicevand helpful but a few had attitudes when asking for hrlp or assistance which was rude when we were just trying to find our way around. I usually dont keave reviews but this one needed to be known. The place is way outdated and in need of a major renovation replacing everything to be new.... there was broken tile in the room, mold on the curtains, the windows were dirty as if they were never wiped clean....
