Kempinski Hotel Cancún offers 363 accommodations with iPod docking stations and minibars. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 42-inch LCD televisions come with cable channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with deep soaking bathtubs and rainfall showerheads. Bathrooms are also outfitted with bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (speed: 50+ Mbps). Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs, and phones. I have no issue against the hotel staff and worker as they are all very professional and the property is also kept in excellent condition, however, the hotel appeared in the list when I applied "all-inclusive" filter to the list. I am not sure who to blame, maybe it's myself, but let this serve as a warning to any future travelers: this property is not a straight-all-inclusive resort, they may have all-inclusive options but it is not easy to spot the option when you try to book a room. So, if you still wish to book this hotel, please make sure you check everything and then double check again to make sure you are getting the very limited all-inclusive option!

the staff, front desk and concierge were amazing and so helpful!!! We had a great experience and check in was easy at the hotel which I booked last minute since the hotel we originally reserved was not great.
