The property was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, if you don’t wake up at 7 AM to claim chairs by the pool, you’ll have trouble finding a place to sit. The food wasn’t great, but overall, we had a very nice family vacation.

The sparkling turquoise waters and pristine beachfront were postcard-perfect, but what truly made our visit special was the resort’s attention to detail – from spotless rooms to thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Loved the service- no one treats you better than this staff! The facility, rooms, pool, everything is beautiful and taken care of. Several pools, kids water slides, swim up bars, on site market. Room service was quick. Staff is beyond accommodating and so kind always.

Worst Vacation

By far the worst vacation experience my wife and I have had. Service was terrible, food at the hotel was darn near inedible and we had to change rooms half way through our stay. Apparently somewhere hidden in fine print it says you will have to change rooms if staying on a Saturday. This is because the property is a timeshare. So if you’re looking for just a vacation look else and if you’re looking for a timeshare you’ve been warned, I couldn’t imagine being locked into this place. We tried every option to get a refund so we could go elsewhere.
