We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was incredible. Very clean, spacious, and with stunning views. The resort is beautifully maintained and the grounds are spotless. The pool is a great size and the water park for the kids is a bonus. The pottery by the pool was nice and they always had activities available for both children and adults. The ocean is choppy, which is fun for strong swimmers but not suitable for little ones. The food was excellent and the evening shows were nice. The all inclusive setup is a bit different from other resorts. There are no walk up bars, but many servers come around to take drink orders and even deliver to your room. Service can take a little time, but staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for families looking for a clean, well kept, and comfortable stay.

Worst all-inclusive experience. Been to over 14 different places and hands down, we will never visit here again. Staff is incredibly inattentive and rude from beginning to end. Seemed to be disgruntled and unmotivated to providing a welcoming stay. We've heard them muttering under their breaths multiple times, not just at us but at other guests. Food and entertainment options are limited. Grounds are overall clean, pool and waterslide area are nice. and well maintained though. Too many other options to stay at a place like this.

Our stay was October 2025. The resort is very large with lots of dining options. The facilities, especially the bathrooms were cleaned and well maintained. The staff was always very engaging and professional. All in all, a great experience.

Overall a great experience for our first family trip to Cancun. We had a beachfront room . The views were stunning especially in the mornings the sunrise was breathtaking . The staff in all the resort were very friendly and courteous . The food and drinks were awesome . We especially liked the Hacienda Sisal . A great way to make memories with our girls .

Damien is the best at the pool! But staffing is limited and wait times are more than usual! Activities could be better and the sports bar wasn’t open to watch college football. Food was average, honestly pool food is the best! Steak quesadilla and pizza ! Limited elevators and only shows on Mon Wed and Friday kind of sucked! There was also no included coffee bar or ice cream- all were for an extra fee. Many drinks and food items were also only available for an extra charge above the “all-inclusive” charge. Rooms were okay but very dated, especially bathrooms. Beds were AWFUL- recommend asking them to put a mattress topper on your bed as soon as you get there!
