The food in the restaurant specially at the buffet and the swimming area.the burgers where undercooked even the hotdogs where so nasty my son got sicks from the first day eating there not good. When missed your reservation you would have to pay to eat at the restaurant when it’s a all-inclusive resort. First time in my life i experienced something like this, normally they would have you wait and accommodate the person in other resorts. Besides this the room needs upgrades the toilet doesn’t flush well the mirrors on the room where dirty with dust and the pillows where not comfortable overall i would not be returning back to this resort again

Staff was friendly, however upon my arrival I had to wait for over an hour for bell boy to bring my luggage to the room. Couldn't change or leave the room until he got there. At Check-in i wasn't given all of the information about the resort. I've seen other guests walking around with a hotel representative showing them all of the amenities. I was not impressed with the buffet food, but was able to find something to eat every time. I think it's a nice resort with a lot more potential.

Buenas instalaciones, un poco deteriorado el baño, el restaurante Las Palmas fue nuestro favorito, en el buffet de la cena siempre nos atendió Miguel un señor súper amable que nos ayudó mucho en nuestra estancia, la playa súper bajita y tranquila para viajar con niños, la alberca muy limpia y con el paquete todo incluido teníamos acceso a 13 restaurantes y bares, muy recomendado.

I will stay here again. Check in took 45 mins and my room wasn’t ready til 5:00 when check in is at 3:00. Won’t even discount my rate for the inconvenience. The shower didn’t work. The bed only had sheets no blankets or comforters. The jacuzzi was nasty dirty and facets rusted. I called for blankets and took 2 hrs to get. Staff was friendly but that was the only positive.

I stayed at the Sens one night with my mother and my daughter, it’s a really nice family friendly hotel. We were impressed by the food options. When you reserve the restaurants a la carte menus. The beach is clean, safe and perfect for swimming. You can reserve a Bali bed on the Sens beach club for added comfort and privacy.Staff is very friendly. Room was nice with a balcony and ocean view. Will definitely stay here again.

My Family and I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. We had a great time. The whole stay we felt safe, the highlight of the trip were the activities that included bingo/loteria, paddle boating or the at night shows with great staff. Hospitality was great as well. Every day room service was on point with towels and cleaning our room. The beach was great. I liked the fact that we can use a app to scheduled dinner reservations and view what activities and shows are available for the day. The resort is undergoing some renovations, some areas are outdated but overall we had a great time.

I would never come back to this place, i stayed there two nights to extended my vacation after checking out from my other hotel but for sure i will never come back to this place not even for free. We were ready to go to bed but my my daughter didnt have any blankets.

Check in was inconvenient and took way too long to get our rooms, 2 hour wait. Room didn’t have towels and when requested towels I received one for 2 people. Elevators were too small and slow for size of hotel. Restaurants lines were ridiculously long for peak hours. It shouldn’t take an hour to be seated.

What a joke this place is, buffets lines have a long wait, food was terrible, elevator only fit 4 people and the long lines again, entertainment area doesn’t even have seating areas, it’s a joke, by far the worst resort I’ve stayed in, however the only thing I can say anything good is the staff, very great people….I would recommend spend a little more money and avoid this resort
