Service was great at the resort. Any issues or inquiries were handled in a timely manner. Marco and Reception manager Adan were very understanding with what we experienced and helped us with finding a solution to helping us stay close to our group. All staff was very courteous and attentive. Will definitely come back again. What an experience!!!

Although the SPA service was good, they did not honor the upgrade for the service we had as part of our package, charging the full price. Staff from hotel and SPA was transferring the responsibility between them and nothing was solved. We ended up paying more. The property needs renovation. The pool entertainment staff are impeccable and amazing. Louis as always you were amazing and we are very grateful for your services. Room was very clean. Pool bar need more staff, it takes forever to get drinks and run out of Don Julio very quickly.

Hands down the best vacation spot ever!! I don’t think anywhere else can top our experience here. Where else can you go to resort where everyone is welcoming, polite, and cool. You get to meet other people that wants to connect with you long term. The restaurant food was top tier. If anyone is reading this please book here it’s absolutely the best!
