The property was good. Clean rooms and the staff were very attentive. However there’s no entertainment and it’s very boring. They don’t play music or anything and that was a little weird to me. Also pay attention to your transactions as I found double payments with different coding throughout my statements. The staff will help whenever you need help. The price of food on the hotel is way overpriced also.

Staff was super friendly. Good location for the beach. Facilities need urgent TLC. Hallway carpets very dirty with cockroaches. Near our room there was a water leak falling to the carpet and they simply placed a towel, a single lonely towel over the carpet. Bathrooms are spacious but need some fixing on corners and other details that have mold. Gym location is poorly identified. Sport bar food is terrible, and I emphasize TERRIBLE! It is not worth even trying it. Other than that, I would stay in this hotel again.

Really enjoyed our stay for three nights at this hotel. We originally were booked at another hotel but the seaweed smell was so strong that we booked this one and was so happy because there was no seaweed and the amenities were wonderful. It’s a peaceful place and great restaurant on the waterside. I do wish they had a variety on their menu besides so much pasta. Highly recommend getting a room with a porch that you can walk out onto

It’s a okay place. Noting noticeably great or bad. It’s a pleasant place if you have a ton of activities and leave room and reach back in the evening or night perfect spot. The room service is good. I enjoyed my breakfast next to beach every morning.

Westin Resort & Spa was very clean, fresh, and beautiful scenery. The room was big and spacious, I had the 2 bed lagoon view. Perfect working AC and bathroom utilities. The location is 15mins from Cancun Airport! The area was quiet and super relaxing. The staff are all super friendly and super helpful! Good food, nice pools, and affordable.
