The property is beautiful but the front desk and concierge staff are unhelpful and unwavering when it comes to improving your stay. Expedia states that airport transportation is included however it is not and we only found out once we landed. Horrible first impression and all the hotel could say was to take it up with Expedia and it had nothing to do with them.

The beach, pool, room, staff, food, service all wonderful. We were also to take the public bus really easily during the day and a quick taxi back later at night from the clubs! Everything felt totally safe and convenient.

The Western Hotel was a beautiful stay the workers. The concierge does always have a smile on your face. They took care of us respectful and I like that anything we needed they got for us. The hotel is well organized. The rooms are very clean decent I’m not like to feel like I’m at home when I come to a hotel like this and it was amazing. Thank you for having us in your hotel
