Beautiful place. City bus stop that ran the Hotel Zone just outside of the property. Dining options limited on site but food was good. Definitely worth revisiting.

Beautiful beachfront. Walls were being painted right outside our guest rooms -which created an odor. Hotel refused to move us to another room. Windows were cloudy/dirty in our room. Would not recommend this hotel. We have stayed in multiple Westins and this does not live up to its name and reputation.

The property is right on the ocean and it was on the local bus route which made it easy to travel around the city and explore other shopping venues and restaurants. The cost for the bus was less than $1 US per person which made it very economical for our group of 6. The bus also ran every 5 or ten minutes. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly and responsive. The rooms were spacious and very nice.

Westin was nice and but it was far from shops and restaurants. Food was quite pricey! They didn’t offer any complimentary kid’s club but overall it was good for our few days stay.

The best restaurant in Cancun was in a hotel facing the beach. However, the room had several issues: the mattress felt like plastic, the air conditioning was noisy, and there was a strong smell of water and dampness. Additionally, the window couldn’t be opened. On the positive side, the staff and people were very nice, and the pool and beach were very clean. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much to do when it rained and stormed outside. Last minute deal it was ideal!

Beautiful beach
Very nice beach area, along with very nice pools with excellent view of the sea. Good variety of food and restaurants and a convenient store. I definitely recommend getting the food package as it's well worth it.
