Immaculate and safe apartment as part of a complex. Close to Cancun airport but not on the flight path, so no aircraft noise. Lovely pool. On Sundays, no on site food or drink options, but available on other days. Great option for flight connection stay. Uber worked well for arrival/departure.

You must try the restaurant on site. Food and desert was delicious. Very convenient to airport and shuttle service is conveniently booked for additional fee. Very relaxing. Quiet and clean.

The room had fleas. I was bitten multiple Times the light the one night I was there. I then flew out home and brought them with me. Those damn fleas flew with me. Stay here at your own risk. I needed for one night before my flight and I regret staying here so much. I wouldn’t have minded the digital check in, the ghost like house with no one around, the worn out and dingy rooms and bathroom if it wasn’t for fleas infestation. What a nightmare!!

1. I wouldn’t say avoid at all costs. However, if you set your expectations from Google Map pictures or Expedia, you are absolutely wrong. We saw the beautiful pictures from Expedia, but when we went in the room, the interiors look way worse than the pictures. 2. The location is only 20 mins from downtown, but you can’t uber there. This means every day you might have to spend another 50-60 USD to go to downtown or hotel zone or other activities. If you are only staying one night for lay over, not a bad choice this place. 3. The room is humid. I had a hard time falling asleep at night since the room is humid. Maybe you have to turn on AC for 12 hours before it feels better. 4. When my gf used the hairdryer, it literally BLEW UP in front of us. I for real saw huge fire flakes coming out. It was soooo bad. With over 27 years of my life, I have never seen anything like this happen. Luckily it didn’t hurt us. 5. The staff on WhatsApp is very helpful though. They helped me with everything. So I’m really thankful for them. Maybe it’s worth $80 a night only, over that I would strongly recommend going to hotels in downtown.

The property was very quiet and staff are polite. Pool was nice. Bed was comfortable and all plumbing worked great including the shower. All communication happens through the WhatsApp app, so you will need this on your phone. Replies were very prompt. Staff arranged transportation and this worked out great! One night stay before airport. Front desk and towel for pool usage is a bit confusing and we only had coffee that we had to pay for. Coffee was ok. No coffee maker in rooms. Nice garden seating area to eat.

We encountered several issues at this property in terms of lack of food options around, breakfast was average , there was little mouldy smell in the room and other guests banging doors in the night . Also , the location is not good especially in the night. The only thing that made the stay get 3 out of 5 stars was the staff service. They were quick to respond to our concerns and tried their best to accommodate our requests.
