We spent a week here and all we can say is wow. From the drive up to the entrance you’ll be blown away. The main lobby alone is an exceptional experience all by itself. The building is an architectural masterpiece. As a business owner in real estate development, sales and marketing I have to say that our experience here was inspirational. From the bell men to the entire staff, I can assure you that you’ll be impressed. Their entire staff is well trained to give topnotch service with a smile at all times. When we arrived the lady manager that welcomed us was just amazing. She assisted us and gave us as much information as needed. They have 3 exceptional restaurants that you can visit. All offering a wide range of culinary experiences. Alongside this, you’re able to order room service at extended time periods with a good variety of food options. The rooms are not just clean, they are beyond clean. The incredible smell flows through the entire property to the rooms. The impressive granite flooring flows throughout the room to the shower and countertops. The blend of sky blue and gold makes you feel like royalty having the 5 star experience of a lifetime. The room decor with gold finishes will take your breath away. If you love design and decor, you’ll love the rooms here and no aspect of the layout will disappoint. To top it all off is having private jacuzzi’s in every room. The outdoor oasis and spa areas will blow your mind. The views from every room is heavenly.

The property is beautiful and luxurious, with significant investment clearly made in its construction. If you're 50 years old or seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, this is an excellent choice. However, be aware that it's a 40-minute drive from the city, where most of the nightlife and action are located in the hotel zone. If you plan to stay here, having a car is essential, as transportation to the city can be costly—around $60 or 1,000 pesos per trip. Additionally, the hotel is not all-inclusive, and prices at the resort can be very expensive . For instance, a small pizza costs $20—so keep that in mind when budgeting for meal.

Beautiful property but huge maintenance issues. It was raining in the restaurant twice because of leak from room upstairs. Price at restaurant are more expensive than the most expensive restaurants in NYC. Impossible to eat out because their is nothing within 30min.

# Oct 26, 2024 at 11:40 AM The Waldorf Cancun is an absolutely wonderful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed staying with you all. What was most striking was the staff there, who all made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. Below you will find a list and brief description of the hotel members that stuck out to us most strongly. In terms of complaints, our major complaint was the last two nights of our stay. Another group of guests was put adjacent to us. They had two small children, and the baby cried intensely all night. There was also extremely loud snoring. I don’t know if the walls are just thin, or if it was the fact that the rooms are conjoining, but either way it was unsettling and made it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, it really soured the last leg of our stay a bit. We also felt like we were in a bit of a moral quandary. We did not want to move rooms, as we had been in our current room for 4 nights already and were very settled. We also did not want to call and request that they be moved, as they seemed to have plenty on their plate (their baby would not stop crying), so we thought it best to just power through and let you all know in the review. Other minor complaints. The shades in the room did not always work and were a little finicky. I thought that the hydrotherapy should have been included in the room rate on a first come first serve basis. I would have liked to have a fire stick in the room without having to request it, and more food ch

Absolutely beautiful part property in a newly developed portion of the beach. It is extremely calm and tranquil and very relaxing. The staff here is amazing and bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable and address you ever need before you even think of it. It is a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation and I hope to come back soon.
