Wow, this is an amazingly beautiful hotel! I love when a place looks just like the pictures. The warm browns and neutral tones filled every inch of the resort. The pool waters were so comfortablely warm that I truly didn't want to get out. People who love to watch the sunrise will be in awe of the view from their balcony. I always prefer modern style, so the room decor was grown and sexy. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating to all requests. Now for my favorite part - the FOOD. The pork belly tacos were the best pork tacos I'd ever had anywhere! I was literally so happy, smiling, and crying at the same time because they were that good. I'd take a bite and then sip this non-alcoholic drink they served and my taste buds went crazy. I hadn't had a food-gasm in a long time, but I sat back and enjoyed the ride.

As a solo female traveler this was the best place in Cancun to stay and feel safe and taken care of. The place is stunning, quiet, relaxing. I received a tour when I arrived from my personal concierge. Daily I was asked if I needed anything. Before my excursion the bellman had a bag with a towel and water ready for me. My transportation would not come into the hotel entrance so the bellman took me and picked me up at the drop off location. The food was outstanding. The plunge pool outside on the balcony looks directly at the tranquil beach and was delightful! The Miami Vice drink was the best one I’ve ever had. The personal attention you receive here is off the charts. I will make this my go-to hotel from now on!

Top notch all-around. Just be aware that it’s expensive on top of your room rate. Family of 4 will be spending $600/day on food and beverage. However, food was excellent too.

What made our trip special were the employees. The service was impeccable, but I feel like we could also have great conversations and learn a little bit about their culture and life, which is great when visiting a different country. Beautiful property with excellent service. Stayed in a suite which had lots of space. There’s one set of elevators for guests so it was a long walk as our room was at the end of the property. Poolside service was the best. Food and drink prices were very high but I guess that’s the case for most high end properties.
