Hotel muito bem localizado com estrutura muito boa. Atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã deixa a desejar, o café da manhã da rede SKY é muito melhor. Único ponto negativo é cobrar pelo estacionamento, haja visto, não é uma estrutura a parte do qual precisa pagar uma empresa para prestar o serviço. Acaba encarecendo o valor da estadia, sendo assim, você encontra outras opções em Gramado e Canela que te darão inclusive a opção com piscina.
