We loved The Komu, our room was beautiful and the property was immaculate. Staff were so friendly and helpful wherever we needed anything. Our included breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. We look forward to coming back in the future. There are many cafes and places to eat nearby and it’s also walkable to the beach - a very busy, bustling area. I had to cut my stay short for personal reasons however the staff was kind and accommodating in helping to make this unexpected change.

Lovely hotel but absolutely lacking privacy

My stay here was pretty good but marred by the workman next door constantly lurking at me in my private lounge pool. It was creepy and I had to stop using it. They were also looking into my room. Plunge pool gets no sun at all if that’s what you are considering booking. Staff should consider guests when allocating rooms considering that there is no privacy from the perves next door for pool use. Also rooftop pool is tiny and lacks shelter
