most of the staff smile all the time and are friendly except the cafeteria workers during breakfast as if you approached them for help theyll do it but the body language says" ok i did it so get out of my way" and dont give you a smile. i find this disappointing.

Great hotel with great pool. The room temperature was absolutely perfect! Comfortable beds. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. Shower water pressure was good.

The property is nicely located, we were able to see the aurora through phone camera. The breakfast is good. I did not know that the standard room I book is in the basement, there is no air conditioner, electric fan was provided, good thing the temperature outside was cold.

Really can't fault this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was a decent size & clean. Plenty of options for the all you can eat breakfast buffet. While it is on the upper end of town, it's not a problem to get to where you need to be by foot, a free bus or if you're heading to Banff, there's 2 stops just a few minutes anyway. Some nice scenic walks close by and some really nice spots / trails a little further out.I would 100% stay here again and considering how much some hotels cost, this was definitely worth the money.
