The free breakfast was great, saved us alot of money, as did having a microwave and mini fridge in our room. Pool, hot tub, sauna, workout facilities were an extra bonus, also being able to wash our clothes. Will definitely stay there again when we're in Canmore. We had a wonderful stay

We got a below ground room, no views expected. The male desk clerk whom checked us in told that we can check back often see they have rooms with views. The front desk clerks were very helpful and rented us a couple bear spray cans allowing us go on hiking trails. We wanted to leave early one day and when asked to have a to go bag a mean morning front desk lady confronted and told me that they do not offer the service, don’t ask again. Besides the one lady every other clerks were super, especially the friendly man who checked us in. Hotel is very clean with wood floors in common area and inside rooms. Room, bathroom, beds were clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded even though hotel was sold out during our stay. We found a parking okay everyday. Daily breakfast was normal servings little late from 7-10am. Served hot scramble eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, mini muffins, bagels, cereals, 2% or oat milk available. Fruits and plain yogurt. Coffee with creamed milk or creamer. The breakfast staffs were super quick to replenish the food and kept room clean for other guests comes later, oh, did I mentioned all the staffs except one lady were super helpful. I’d stay again.

Fabulous Hotel!

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The view was beautiful, as was our room. My only complaint is the rubber bathmat needs to go and shower curtain needs to be changed. Plenty of dining options. I would stay there again.

Honestly the property is not bad but it is surrounded by construction trash which takes away from the views. There are three washing machines and one “working” dryer. The dryer took two cycles and my clothes were still damp so I went to a laundromat which really just wasted my time and money. The waterslide and pet amenities are nice. The breakfast is meh at best

We stayed here as cheaper than our usual hotel choices. Still not cheap as focus on pool and waterslides which didn’t interest us. A little further from town than we thought as arrived after dark and ended up with McD for supper but in the light of day found a couple of places easy to walk to for food. Canmore town itself hard to find parking.

My kids loved the water slide. Convenient location to get on/off the highway which we liked for traveling back and forth to Banff NP. Close to a McDonald’s and Wendy’s! Short drive to downtown Canmore which is a must visit. Rooms weren’t anything fancy but did the trick, and was a lot cheaper than staying downtown Banff.
