Really loved our time there. The hot tub was fabulous, happy that we were able to borrow bear spray. Enjoyed having a kitchen and living room. Bed was extremely comfortable as well. Maid service was excellent

This was a great option to be close to Banff but not a more affordable option. We had a two bedroom suite with a dining and kitchen area in the middle. This was perfect for two couples but would also be a great option for a family. They had a nice pool and two hot tubs available. Undeground parking was included which was so convenient. Had to drive to most places but wasn't far from anythkng in canmore. Would highly recommend!

The staff that worked there were very kind kind and courteous. They held our luggage and refrigerated goods for us while the room was being prepared. They called to tell us the room was ready and when we got there the bags were in the room and the refrigerated goods were in the refrigerator. Hows that for service? 5 STARS!

The property has ample space and it was clean. The rooms are quite nice and the property is in a great location with many shops and red in walkable distance. We had a first floor suite looking into an unkempt neighbor’s yard. The gym is quite small. The in room fireplace is fake which is off putting especially in a mountain town.

Stayed a couple of nights as my base to explore Banff National and Jasper. Very safe and comfy. I’ve done the Banff walking tourist thing. If your serious about a base to go hiking or skiing, this is a great place.

The room layout (2 bedroom suite) was very convenient for our family of 4. One person stayed on the pull out sofa and seemed fairly comfortable although didn’t get full linen replacements. Front desk was very accommodating. Pool/hot tub were nice, but were often overcrowded. Loved having washer/dryer and all of the paper supplies, coffee/cream, cleaning supplies. Gas grill and fire pits were nice amenities. The gym was also a nice feature, but a little small since one guy thought it was his own personal gym and didn’t like to share 😂. Our dishwasher did not work very well and we had a leak under the kitchen sink. Not sure if the 2 were related, but maintenance fixed the leak promptly. Daily cleaning service was very nice. The room was very comfortable. Bathrooms could have used a deep clean. Beds and linens were very comfortable and drapes were room darkening. Loved Canmore and the beautiful view from our balconies! That’s right, we had 3!! Loved Blackstone!
