We always enjoy staying at the Blackstone. It has easy access to the parking, always luggage carts available to unload and load luggage. The units have always been clean and well equipped and the towels are always sparkling white.

Very comfortable rooms, kitchen was nicely equipped. Very friendly staff. Pool and hot tub area was a highlight. Very nice to have in room laundry when traveling with kids.

We struggle with finding wheelchair accessible accommodations when we travel and upon arrival discovered the room that was reserved would t work. The staff were quick to make the changes and very good to deal with- refreshing change for us- way to go!

Loud, we could hear our neighbours til 3am. Room was right beside the lobby so you could hear a lot of noise because of that as well. Couldn’t use the pool/hot tub as it was so full until the time it closed which was disappointing. Room was also freezing, turned the heat up to 23 and was still cold.

Enjoyed our recent stay. Room was in excellent condition, hot tubs were warm, building was nice and quiet. It’s a 20 minute walk to downtown Canmore so relatively convenient.

This property was very cold, unwelcoming and noisy. None of the employees from front desk to management seem to enjoy their jobs. No smiles, no goodmorning….very cold, slow and highly untrained staff. The rooms are small and though dusted not vacuumed and bathrooms need attention. The highway passes behind the hotel so you hear constant traffic. Housekeeping was lacking and forgot to replace towels, toilet paper, soap and Kleenex. We had to go down to request towels and they never showed up to deliver until we called down to check on them a few hours later. Over all, I would not recommend this hotel and will stay elsewhere on our next visit.

We enjoyed the warm gas fireplace, the hot tub and the bath robe. The 2 bedroom condo is spacious. The underground parking is great. You do not have to look for parking on the street.
