Overpriced for how outdated this place was, the bathroom and corner shower was so tiny and moldy it was disgusting. Thought it would be way nicer with how it looks outside and just being in Canmore in general. Would not recommend. The TV channels are limited with cable as well, no smart TV.

The entire second floor was filled with smoke from the control burn outside… there were people smoking cigarettes and weed in the hotel all throughout the night we could smell it… not cool with young kids! Construction below, everything was dusty and dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Old, stinky, dirty loud with the trains all night and very dirty.

Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms and yummy breakfast. Beautiful hotel. The pool and hot tub are small compared to the number of people using it. We didn't get to use the pool as there were so many people already in it. If you don't care about the pool than this hotel is great.

We have stayed previously and had a better experience. It was not a great sleep due to an uncomfortable bed, and other guests running throughout the hallway and being loud all hours of the night. Overall the hotel was in great condition, but I noticed several spots in the hotel room that had what looked like little square wallpaper stickers.
