Super friendly staff. Wasn't aware that it's a motel, but better than expected overall. Great location: Gas stations, Tim Hortons, Wendy's, and McDonald are down the street. Need a better work on soundproof. Was clear to hear people talking and playing music next door.

Overall disappointed with room.
The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The reception area is beautiful... mountain views. Our room was not great. Beds were clean and comfy but the room had an "old hotel" smell.. the carpets are not onlt very old and disgusting, but tgey were clearly very dirty... didn't look like they were vacuumed. There was dust on the side table lights. Bathroom was clean enough but very old and in need of a renovation, as did the whole room. The bathroom tap os broken... falls right off as you lift it. As i was soaking in the bathtub I could see black mold on the underside of things. We wont stay there again.

Great location. Lovely seating area with log fire and games. Coffee and hot water always available. Great parking. We has a twin queen room which was plenty big enough for our family of four. Highly recommend.

My wife and I very much liked and enjoyed the fireplace in the open area with real wood. The smell of the wood burning was very comforting. And we enjoyed our drinks in front of it. We then went into our room and flicked on the gas fireplace. All in all from our point of view very romantic. And FYI, We are over 60.

Nice place. Just stopped for the night on my way to Lake Louise. Was hard to fall asleep with the arrangement of an open foyer that has rooms above it. A large group was hanging out all night in the main lobby, well past midnight.

The sheets and mattresses were dirty. One mattress was broken in the center like a hammock and the bathroom had garbage lying around. It made my gf so uncomfortable that we tried finding a new hotel to stay at but it was so last minute we decided to sleep in our clothes.

I went there for Christmas to Boxing Day. Service was okay. Wasn’t able to check in until 4:15 pm due to, in their words, “room is not ready” the fireplace was not lit and I was surprised because it was Christmas. Overall, it was average. Not too memorable.
