Gorgeous room very clean! But we were attached to reception and could hear them talking all day and evening. Also the blinds don't prevent light from coming in, still slept like a baby.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Lots of room. Tastefully decorated. Family of 5 and all 3 kids got their own queen bed. No one had to sleep on a pull out couch. Lovely to have a private entrance, all the living areas on the 2nd floor, then all the bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms.

Everything was great with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed provided. The only thing i didn't like was that there wasn't a check in office, it took awhile to get ahold of someone to check in. After that everything was great...nice easy check out!

It was small and quaint but everything you need. The room was bed and the bed was comfy. Easy check in with code provided before hand. Large tv with access to streaming services such as Netflix and Prime. The location was a great and a beautiful view of the mountains. The hot tub is in a nice location as well with a view of the mountains and creek running behind. Would definitely stay here again. The price was also reasonable when we booked.

The Mountain View that was paid extra for was not worth it did not see such a great view. The property had a small path around , all muddy. The shower, toilet area and bed had hair on them. It was quiet. The light in the BR attached to a noisy noisy fan , no light just above shower. Only one mirror in BR which made it difficult with 2 women.

Checkin was a nightmare. We were unable to complete the pre checkin as the app would fail to upload the photo for identity purposes. There is no reception on site and communicating with the property was very weak. They never responded to our messages, would not answer our calls or the call would drop off, or ring busy then drop off. Checkin was extremely clumsy and required much effort on our part. We were finally redirected to another property and they were finally able to resolve the issue……after a long wait in line. Would not recommend this property based on our checkin……extremely frustrating which is not what you need when traveling.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. We felt welcomed as soon as we opened the door. The lights were turned on and the room was inviting. Nice little touches through out and the hot tub was glorious. Very comfortable bed and nice linens.
