“You get what you pay for” don’t expect a 4-5 star service. You will get an actual key for your room, if you lost it you will pay $100 for each key. No microwave in the room, didn’t bother to ask coz I assume they don’t have spare for the guest. There’s common area with tables and microwave and coffee in the morning. Unlucky us, we’re almost on the end of the hallway so we have to walk far just to heat up our food. Front staff people are nice tho but if you have extra try other more decent hotel to stay in Banff or Canmore..

The mattress was too firm and it would have been nice to have a comfortable reading chair in the room. The sink drain was extremely slow. The toiletries are not great quality, especially the soap. Leaves a terrible film on the skin.
