First day , they left our room door open after cleaning . They don’t provide room service until you asked them . There is railroad behind the hotel that is very loud when train pass. Queen beds are very small , look like a double bed .

Clean quiet spacious room with comfortable beds. Had a small issue with the hair dryer that I reported to front desk that was never resolved but staff was very friendly and the surrounding mountains are beautiful! Good food in the restaurant but no dinner option there.

Good location, great hot tub that is outside and the pool is inside. Room was clean and staff was great at check in. I did not see any cost for parking. Some construction across the street. So until that is done it will bit loud.

We stayed for the weekend and ended up coming back for another night. The rooms were beautiful with great views, clean and up to date. Can’t say enough about the staff. They were so accommodating to what we needed. I’ve already told a few friends to stay there next time they’re in Canmore.
