Fourth floor rooms should have main bed on first story of room. 77year olds don’t need to go up and down 14 steps to go to bed and bathroom often in the night!

Average hotel in Canmore. Certainly dated and needs a refresh and needs to replace its single elevator which is shared with housekeeping staff. Decent gym. Stayed 2 nights and they never cleaned it once nor give us towels or toiletries (it seems they are still in Covid mode)..$800 for 2 nights.

We were a group of 8 people and booked 4 King rooms. Amazing room with a great living area and loft style concept. Hotel had both Hot Tub and Pool which were open till 11pm and gym as well which we did not try. Staff was always courteous and helpful. They had a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby as well with good options.
