Checked in , staff excellent, clean but someone must have had an animal in room previous as we woke up many times and couldn’t breathe and stuffed up . Still so stuffy and may need drugs. Should have a dog free area

Good functional room, very unhelpful place to accommodate you if your a hour early or 5 mins. They didn’t wanna try a lick to let ya check in early. It’s disappointing cause they’re pretty much the only place that I’ve ran into that’s like this in the area.

The room was dated but it was not in disrepair. It wasn’t spotless but it was clean. We’ve stayed at a few places in Canmore. It’s very expensive and the accommodations don’t offer the value you pay for. It seems to be the norm. So this place is far from perfect but compared to what we’ve experience - we like it. This will be our go-to hotel from now on. The restaurant is FANTASTIC. The room we had was spacious and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was small but sufficient and the shower head had great pressure. Staff at the front desk and the restaurant weren’t super friendly/approachable but for the minimal interactions it was fine. Given what I’ve seen on Canmore accommodations I would highly recommend this place.

The views to the mountain was amazing, but the train behind the hotel was so noisy. This requires a good windows isolation. The hotel and room very old, not well maintained, need a lot of renovation to become 5 star.
