Location is excellent in Canmore. Stayed in room 255 which was a one bedroom condo with loft on second floor. The traffic noise and the nearby train was very loud, bring a noise machine or ear plugs. Kitchen was stocked ok, two pans, but the spatula was so burnt with pieces of plastic falling off, I requested a new one but it never came. Incredible view from the kitchen of the 3 sisters. Pretty clean. Shower had a leak that ended up on floor so needed towels to cover floor.

It was a good location, not too close to the rail track. The reception staff were lovely & helpful. The bed was comfortable but the actual accommodation was pretty tatty & in need of some tlc - chipped wood, dated decor etc.

Overall my stay was good, easy access to the property, everything was working except the air conditioner. The temperature was much better outside than the room. We tried to adjust the temperature but It was already at the lowest setting. But everything else was decent for the price I paid.

The hotel staff was very friendly. But for $360 a night it was gross. There was pink molds in the bathroom. The bathroom fan was extremely loud. There was beard hairs and other hairs all around the sink that was outside of the bathroom. There was also a dirty hand towel and I guess they don’t have hand soap so they use shower gels. Oh on top the mattresses are not great after you’ve been hiking all day.
