Nice rustic feel with all the amenities needed. Great spa on site with outdoor hit tub and also a steam room. Untia are on the older side. Couch and chair need replacing but otherwise well appointed

Emma was excellent at our checkin. She is always so friendly, helpful and efficient Our 1 bedroom is very well appointed and has an excellent view and patio. Housekeeping does an excellent job at keeping unit clean and stocked Wonderful mountain retreat!!!

Not at all what we hoped it would be!

Where to start. The room was not is very good shape. I would say the pictures on the website are misleading. The kitchen was nice enough, but the rest of the furniture was all old, some of it was quite badly worn, the wooden floor was all torn up, it all felt dusty and worn. The worst was that the bed was NOT comfortable. It was hard and lumpy, no box spring. I expect at least a comfortable bed for this price. There was a soaker tub which I was looking forward to until discovering the water came out of the ceiling in the middle of the tub, rendering it relatively useless. Only a few crappy cable channels, no ability to use your Netflix account or rent movies or anything. No phone in the room. No control over the temperature. No daily cleaning of any kind, not even emptying the two tiny garbage cans. Hot tubs out of commission one out of the 3 days we were there. I’m not generally an overly picky person, but I’m astounded by all of the 10/10 reviews (and, frankly, suspicious) and would not book again or recommend.

Silver Creek Stay

Nice place. Hotel is nice. Liked the set up of the room and the size. Nice view. Room needed updating and a deep clean. Leather on chair was cracked and flaking off. Sink in bathroom not draining properly. Bed was ok, not super comfy. Bottom sheet was pulled and both were thin and wrinkled. Hard to tell if they were truly clean. Light switches needed a good wipe. There was drips on the wall from the light switch in the bathroom. The spa tubs and steam room were very nice. We enjoyed them, but on our last night they were closed due to an incident and hadn’t reopened b Ed gore we were checking out. We had massages at Bodhi that were lovely.

We had to sweep the floor when we first arrived. It was cosy. We found the heat was way too high (25 C) and was not comfortable sleeping. Not sure if the hotel was full but we did hear noise from above our room. It was good value for our money and yes, I would stay there again.

Stayed in the 1-bedroom suite 203. Everything was great from a full kitchen to the heated bathroom floor. The staff at the front desk are there until 11pm which is cool and they are there to help in all ways. Great staff. Thank you all !!!

Great option

Good hotel..Clean and comfy. Nice to have a little kitchenette even in the hotel style room. Easy to get to and not far from the main street. Only note I would make is removing the portable AC unit from the room during the winter months rather than it being stored next to the bed. Hot tubs and spa services were great.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and we were very happy with the accommodations. Didn’t use the kitchen except to make coffee but it looked fairly well equipped. I got a great price and I will definitely stay there again in the future.
