The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious. It also had a deck area with some chairs which was nice. The common area with two outdoor hot tubs was great in the evening. Parking underground was easy and had lots of space. Overall, highly recommend and would stay again!

Our room was great, comfortable beds and clean and tidy. Gorgeous view of the mountains as well! Our son forgot his medication in the room when we checked out and the staff called right away to inform us they had it at the front desk. Very helpful, thanks again Silver Creek Lodge!!

This hotel was Very Overpriced at $337 Canadian per night. It was too far from dining to walk; right next to the noisy Freeway; poor lighting in the room, especially in the kitchenette/sitting area; garage door opener for the underground garage was sporadic in function; no tv in the sitting area, only the bedroom; no breakfast available. All of these things are shortfalls for a hotel that charges this much per night. I can say there were good views from the room and it was somewhat near Banff Nat Park.

The sheets on the bed were old, thin, pilling and ripped, falling off the bed and not comfortable at all. I asked for new sheets and they were very nice to provide them, they were better than the first set but still not good. Definitely not hotel quality bedding. Furniture in rooms was tired and worn looking, the mattress needed to be replaced, it was saggy and stained badly.The area rug was filthy, and under the sofa looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time. The location was perfect with an amazing mountain view.

I stay at this hotel multiple times per year, along with booking multiple rooms. I’ve really noticed the deterioration in the quality of the rooms. The in room thermostat is locked up now. NO adjusting: the room temperature; fan speeds to your preference, etc. The mattress on the bed definitely needed replacing (feel the groove & lump in centre); springs poking you in the back/side, sheets were discoloured and almost see thru they’ve been reused so many times. All and all, love the location is ideal for our use but disappointed in room quality. Strangely each one bedroom suite booked was not the exact same price / room either. The larger of the 3 rooms, was the cheapest rate. And the smallest 1 bedroom suite, was over $500+ / night. When questioned, all I received was a shoulder shrug.

Everything was good but the access to the hotel is a little backward on a back street. The bed had a mattress protector that was water resistant that makes you sweat. We had to take it off. the pillows could have been more comfortable but over all great accommodations. We would return.
