It has convenient location but the price is very high for the simplicity of the property. No glasses for beverages. Plastic caps in wash area, paper caps for coffee - cheap.

Great location - overpriced for the quality

This was one of the more affordable options in Canmore for a couple of days exploring Banff. The reviews were decent, and the location was great, but upon checking in, we were disappointed with the quality of the room for almost $ 400 a night. The beds were decent and clean, but the room was run-down. The bathroom felt old and dingy, and there was no AC, only a beat-up fan that creaked along in the corner. It's a fine place to stay if your expectations are low for a quick motel but the price point felt insane - it's too bad they can't make some simple updates to the room to get away with those types of charges and I can't imagine the rates on a weekend if that was the price point for a midweek stay.

Quaint but we were in a third floor room, wooden open step stairs and the bar beside it had loud music and screaming patrons til very late. Clean and very friendly staff. still enjoyed it

The hotel rooms are great on the inside. The property manager was very kind and gave us a cheatsheet on "where to travel" and "great places to have breakfast" Made our stay much better. Thankyou to the team!

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, price was good and it was close to downtown canmore to walk for breakfast and dinners. Only complaint was parking at night on weekends with the bar being busy. We had to park across the street on private property as we could not get a space in parking lot.

Was a bit concerned by the outside look of the hotel, but it turned out to be a very comfortable stay. Big king bed, renovated bathroom, and one of the most amazing views I've had from any hotel room, with a full view of the mountains. Yes, you could hear the band at night - as they warned - but it was far from loud, and we had no trouble sleeping through it. Perfect location right at the entrance to the main pedestrian street, alongside Policemen's Creek. Highly recommended - wish we hadn't moved on to Banff.

Central location, nice view. Friendly staff. Room was a third storey walk up. Difficult to carry up luggage. Attached pub/bar that had live band playing from 10pm to 2am on the Friday and Saturday night that we stayed. Very loud, not good for light sleepers or families with young children.
