Overall a good option for the Canmore and the area

Good location, close to lots of restaurants. Room was spacious and it was cold when we got in. We had to crank the heater to max for couple of hours before warmed up. Nice bed but could use couple of softer pillows. Parking is tight in the hotel designated parking with cars parking there for the day but spaces open up late in the evening. Could easily park on the street. A bit noisy early morning from the workers in the restaurant located on the 1st floor.

I absolutely loved this property and will stay again if I ever get to visit the area again. You just don’t get enough true “inn” experiences like this anymore. So quaint. The staff went above and beyond in every way. We ate twice at the pub on site in the two days we were there and found the quality very high and the service quality even higher. Utter charm. Pristine cleanliness. Perfect.

Nice pub, doubling as breakfast restaurant. Good food coming out of the kitchen. We stayed on a Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised that despite our room being nearly adjacent to the pub, the only noises that (mildly) disturbed our early evening was the thumping of a toddler toddling around in the room above us - the downside of an elderly, woodframe building.

We will stay here again!

We stayed in Canmore at The Georgetown Inn & Pub for our snowboarding trip to Sunshine Village. We stayed in room 207 which was super clean and cozy. The complimentary biscuits and tea serving set were a nice touch. The bed was super comfortable. The soaking tub was deep and clean. We loved the fireplace, too. Will def. stay there again! Also, the staff are super nice and honest - they found jewelry that I left behind and are shipping it to my residence in the States <3
