The woman at the front desk was wonderful. Room was clean and we love the uniqueness of every room, as we have stayed here a few times already. Great place to getaway
This was an awesome little Inn with a big heart. What a pleasant place to stay! We enjoyed the comfort of the Inn, especially in our room. Small fire place, lots of details of comfort (including a teapot, teacups, tea and cookies). Bathroom and bed were very comfortable. We highly recommend this great little place! And the bonus... is the wonderful attached restaurant with great food!
Charming! Loved our stay at the Georgetown Inn. An affordable and comfortable stay near Banff. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The pub was also great, we enjoyed a breakfast and dinner there. The wood fire was a great touch.
Our 2 night stay was great ! The Inn was so charming & cozy ! The staff & food were great & the presentation in our room with the tea set & cookies was a lovely touch. We felt so welcome & at home at your Inn. If you are looking for a place that has ambiance & old world charm this is it ! Lovely & We will be back !! :)
Great hotel conveniently located. Rooms were nice, clean, good bedding, with a fireplace for ambiance. Bathroom is small considering it’s a room with two queen beds, but certainly manageable. Only negative was the noise level. Vacuuming the lobby at 8 am is a bit much for the rooms that are located near by. Lots of noise from the 2nd level till 11pm. Thankful the overnight sleeping hours were quiet. But it was one of the noisier hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Our Georgetown Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Georgetown. Staff offer outstanding service, room was lovely and very clean. Location is excellent.
Very unique and appealing little hotel. The staff was fantastic. Emma really stood out. I loved the pub, but unfortunately it didn’t grab my wife so we never had dinner there. Would definitely stay there again.
Room was quaint, not as rustic feeling as the rest of the hotel. Electric fireplace did not work, handles on the shower need maintenance (continue spinning even past the stoping points), toilet paper roll wasn't replenished before we got the room, but overall these are smaller nit-picks for just a very standard feeling hotel room stay.
