Honestly, this hotel is so beautiful. The restaurant was great as well. The hot tub and pool were absolutely tops. The only thing was we wanted to settle into a movie at night after a day of hiking around and the only option was terrible cable tv. I think a hotel of this calibre needs to offer guests an option to log into Netflix etc, or even old fashioned pay per view. Nonetheless, we will be back.

Always a fantastic stay. You feel treated very well. Great professional staff and such a beautiful place to stay. If your looking something off the main drag in quiet part of town, the Malcolm is the hotel for you. Plus a touch of luxury in the mountains always helps.

Hotel was gorgeous. Our room was outstanding. Confusing QR code regarding dining options. In room dining appears to be unavailable, if it was, we couldn't find it. Outdoor hot tubs had a mechanical issue and were not hot :(

We had a great time at The Malcolm. Friendly and welcoming staff. Loved the hot tub and pool table! Would have loved some less stiff pillows but other than that the room was spacious and comfortable with an amazing view.

The property had always been a favourite when we come to Canmore based on the proximity to downtown. The hotel is starting to show its wear and tear and the hot tub was not even hot when we used it. There were too many people in the hot tub and no one in the pool. Crank up the heat in the pool to let everyone enjoy the view of the mountains while relaxing in the hot tub

Usually really like our stay at the Malcom’s but unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because it was cool! It’s supposed to be 30c but it definitely was cool. Nobody was able to stay in the pool for more than 5 minutes and we all had to cram into the only working hot tub as the other one was under maintenance. The only reason why we come to the Malcome is for the pool which we didn’t get to use. I did bring it up to the reception which they sent in the maintenance team. I heard from other hotel guess the pool was a bit warmer the next morning but still not warm. Very disappointed:(
