A Truly Luxurious Stay at The Malcolm Hotel ​From the moment we arrived, The Malcolm Hotel impressed us with its dedication to cleanliness and its beautifully modern aesthetic. The design throughout the entire hotel is fresh, sophisticated, and instantly makes you feel like you've stepped into a luxury retreat. ​ The rooms themselves were immaculate, and we especially loved the thoughtful touch of the plush robes provided—they instantly elevated the experience and made the stay feel incredibly luxurious. ​ Beyond the accommodations, our dining experience at the in-house restaurant was top-notch. The meal was absolutely fantastic and truly "top notch," but the service made it unforgettable. Our waitress was wonderful, attentive, and made us feel perfectly cared for throughout the evening. ​The Malcolm Hotel offers an exceptional blend of modern style, meticulous cleanliness, and stellar dining. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this beautiful hotel. It is top notch and I would put it in the same category as a Fairmont, but the price is better. Will definitely be back.

Everything about the Malcolm Hotel was amazing. The staff were all friendly, check in easy, parking convenient, food delicious and reasonably priced, rooms clean & comfy. We especially loved the pool area with the stunning views and ability to order food/drinks right to your chair. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops while still being off the beaten path for tranquility. Will definitely stay again and avoid the crowds of Banff.

Very nice hotel, looks quite new. Friendly staff, beautiful, clean room, comfortable beds. For some reason, there is not enough parking in the underground lot for all guests, and we had to initially park on the street outside the hotel. Fortunately, for our stay, the weather was nice, and this was not an issue, but later in the year I could see it being inconvenient when the weather is colder/snowier. We dined at the restaurant which is nice, not great, although the Prime Rib special that night looked terrific.
