The transportation into Antibes from this location takes up to an hour and is not very easy to navigate. Arriving from Nice airport was especially difficult and expensive. The room itself was very clean and the AC was fantastic.

In the middle of nowhere. 1 place to eat nearby. No transport links close to the hotel. Used as a base for Nice but ended up spending loads of money on taxis to get anywhere.

I booked a room with private bathroom,but they gave me shared toalet, and shower.One night we had scary experience when a drunken man was shouting, knocking on doors for almos an hour.We were so scared, finally someone came to take him out.I wouldn't recommend to families unless you are desperate to take a night sleep on your long travel.

Never stayed at a F1 hotel that didn't have ensuite bathroom....bit of a shock when we arrived late at night. Shared toilets were not nice to use but had been cleaned by the morning. Bedroom was very clean but bed was hard and uncomfortable. Handy location for onward travel but a long way from Antibes centre etc

Know your choice, and it's fine
Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. The staff are helpful and I have had two quiet stays, within the 22-0600 time slot. The breakfast is simple but good, the croissants disappear by 0800. Secured parking between 2200 and 0600 free.

A very basic hotel. No toilets or showers in the rooms. the ones in the corridor were pretty discusting. Frequented mostly by workmen and drivers and those looking for cheap basic accomodation. I shall not be returning.

Bonjour Je trouve sa honteux qui ni y a pas de toilette ni de douche dans la chambre d’hôtel, on est obliger de sortir devant tout le monde, les douches et toilette en dehors de la chambre sont sale, la chambre sale aussi, et on ne comprend pas pourquoi on a payer le même prix des hôtels qui ont douche et toilette pour 1nuit, je recommande pas cette hôtel.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est top, la zone autour de l'hébergement et atroce mais cela n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel. Pour ce qui est du service et du ménage c'était vraiment très propre mais par contre le point le plus négatif et qui rend le séjour atroce ce sont la présence de punaises de lit probablement dans les matelas.
